The beds were clean and refreshing! I actually saw the host hang out the fresh sheets in the sun then iron then. No bed bugs. The bathroom could use some ventilation, maybe just keep the door open, but the rooms were open cool and did not feel cramped or germy. A lovely stay must’ve changed ownership since last reviews. A bit far from city center but it’s safe to walk around solo at night in this city so you’re fine. Plus Ubers everywhere in Croatia.

We stayed only one night and it was the worst hostel we’ve ever been to. There were so many bed bugs in our beds we had to change room and sleep on the couch in the reception area. Really dirty common places.

RUN AWAY Dirty hostel, Bedbugs in the rooms, Guys who work there know that ans don't give an F, they're real A**holes.

The bed was full of bedbugs. This is outrageous! For a hostel, being visited by so many people- how can you even let this things happen? I have got to realization I’m not the only one complaining here which shocks me even more that you haven’t reacted after you got so many complaints about the same problem!!! Bed bugs are NOT a joke! It’s not just you get painfully bitten but they are a serious problem which leads to an massive infestation!! You should be ashamed of yourself! Don’t go there!! 🥺

Das Bett welches mit zugeordnet wurde hatte schwarze/dunkelrote Flecken. Diese kamen wahrscheinlich von Bettwanzen. Ich habe dort 2 Nächte gebucht und keine davon dort verbracht. Eine Rückerstattung gab es bis jetzt auch nicht. Teil des dort Angestellten Personales schläft sogar in den Räumen der Gäste. Die Gemeinschaftliche Küche und das Wohnzimmer sind nun privat und nicht für Gäste begehbar. Bitte unterstützen Sie dieses Hostel nicht.

Complete bed bug infestation in one of the rooms. I had two brand new t shirts and a jacket stolen, my friend had his jeans stolen and another friend had her toiletries stolen - all from inside our bags, they even stole my phone charger and we are certain it was the cleaning staff. No security at all - hostel staff regularly have their friends over which is just unprofessional and when we confronted the owner about our stuff being stolen he didn't seem to care. If you book online they try to deny you have a reservation for a set price and overcharge you, €14 a night online vs €24 there, seriously please avoid this hostel, there's something really weird going on there. Just to make it clear how bad it is, on our last night a new guest arrived and within an hour of being there she had booked another hostel and had left.
