Zostel Bangalore (Indiranagar)

Saw bedbugs. Unhygienic. Would not recommend

The location is ideal, and the services are commendable. The rooms are also well-kept. However, I've given a 4-star rating for the rooms due to an unfortunate encounter with a bed bug, which disrupted my sleep one night. When I brought this to the attention of the receptionist, it seemed to be dismissed without much consideration.

One of the worst hostel experience I have ever faced. Bedding was smelly and has bed bugs. Washroom was dirty. There was not a single drop of water in the water dispenser on the floor.

One of the worst Zostel properties !!Beware!! 1. Dirty washrooms 2. Unhygenic kitchen 3. Lethargic staff 4. Bed bugs (horrible) The only reason for existence of this property is - Pubs. It's cashing on the proximity to best pubs in town. The property is in a residential area.The neighbours believe this place is a PG and hence a lot of weird rules are in place. This is the only Zostel in the whole city of Bangalore !!! SHOCKING

Great well located hostel, is a big brand. Has got amazing common areas to meet fellow travelers which is great if you travel solo. Also a gaming room. Only downside was the beds had bedbugs. Hope they will do something about it. Though the staff was cooperative and knew about the problem and said they are trying to solve it. Great dosa place near here, near London Shakes if you are looking for South Indian cheap and clean food. Also their in-house kitchen is reasonably priced.
