I booked through Airbnb and I have to say... DISGUSTING. I woke up at 6:00 AM full of bed bugs. Room #304. Absolutely do not stay at this hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE. BED BUGS! My partner and I booked a room (304) via Airbnb for three days while visiting Bali. After our first night we noticed severe bug bites, and soon found an infestation of Bed Bugs. We notified both the Host and Staff. The hosts read and ignored our messages, while the staff said they knew about the issue and refused to help. We did not get as much as an apology. After having to go through Airbnb to receive help, the host lied and said he was never notified of an issue and that there was no problem with the room. The host has made a new airbnb account to hide the bad reviews. The hotel also knows about the issue and is sweeping it under the rug. I have posted this review multiple times with photos for proof, but it continues to be taken down. This probably explains why there are not many bad reviews. Do not stay here!!
