+ Der Unterkunft Mama Gia Homestay ist sehr nah und empfehlenswert!! Zum Glück konnten wir die Tours bei diesem anderen Unterkunft für fairen Preise organisieren und sie haben uns auch weitergeholfen :)

- Die Zimmer sind zu klein und am Dach ist eine große Spalte offen. Dadurch kommen zahlreiche Insekten rein. Man bekommt zwar einen Mücken-Netz, jedoch nur für das Bett und die Insekten bleiben trotzdem im Zimmer. Mit Insekten meine ich leider auch große Kakerlaken :( Es ist allgemein nicht wirklich sauber, vor allem die Toiletten, Waschbecken und Duschen. Der Frühstück besteht aus fertige Nudeln oder Toast mit Butter (ja, ODER weiße Toast mit eine Packung Butter) Ansonsten der Besitzer wohnt nicht da, man muss alles über WhatsApp klären. Seine Preise für Touren und co. sind übermäßig teuer. Die Leute, die vor Ort sind, sprechen wirklich kein Wort Englisch aber sind nett.

+ Very comfortable bed with mosquito net to keep all the bugs out. Spacious. The host n hostess, a young newly wed, made me very welcome. The dinner was wholesome and pure home cooking. They may not have got there yet but I really appreciate their effort and I think we all should give them our support.

+ Authentic. Immersion in tribal rural life was what I wanted.

- Getting there was a challenge. I was at first confused about directions. Only eventually I managed to find it, hiking down from Sa Pa.

+ La tranquilidad del sitio.

- No vale la pena para una noche ya que luego hay que pagar 100vnd pp para que te lleven en moto y otros 100 para el regreso a SaPa. Si reservas la cena es cara y el agua no esta incluida. Al estar en un valle las vistas no son tan espectaculares.

+ Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im “Sapa Valley”. Man befindet sich in Mitten der Reisfelder! Tolle Unterkunft die von einem jungen Paar bewirtschaftet wird. Sobald man die Unterkunft erreicht hat kann man über das Personal im Hotel weiteren Transport nach Sapa oder die umliegenden Dörfer organisieren (Motorradtaxi). Das junge Paar ist wirklich sehr hilfsbereit!

- 1. Anfahrt/Abfahrt zur Unterkunft ist etwas kompliziert. Es ist möglich mit einem Taxi hinzufahren, jedoch lehnen viele Taxifahrer ab, da die Straßen sehr steil, eng und in schlechtem Zustand sind. Motorradtaxis können die Unterkunft erreichen. 2. Es war oft eher laut in der Nacht, da draußen ein kleiner Welpe angehängt war. Dieser tat uns sehr leid, da er oft vor Angst mehrmals in der Nacht laut gequietscht hat und gebellt hat.

+ Personal amable, para un día o máximo dos está bien el lugar, pero realmente no es muy comodo si buscas descansar

- Debes dormir en el piso y practicamente en los pasillos donde entran y salen todos los huespedes

+ Ottima sistemazione per visitare i dintorni. Famiglia gentile e simpatica che ci ha preparato ottime cene e colazioni che abbiamo condiviso con loro e con gli altri ospiti, e ci ha aiutati per i trasferimenti da e verso Sapa.

- La stanza era un po' piccola e buia, e davvero essenziale, ma nel complesso andava bene così. Attenzione perché la strada per arrivare allo homestay da Sapa è davvero terribile. Non ci si arriva in auto e non è facile arrivarci neanche in moto, specialmente con la pioggia. Se non siete esperti motociclisti è meglio utilizzare un mototaxi.

+ Es un excelente punto para conocer la cultura local y realizar senderismo. Se puede también alquilar una moto y hacer recorridos. Esta cerca del rio que tiene pequeñas ollas y agua muy fresca y cristalina. La familia es muy amable y dispuesta. Comimos riquísimo! El alojamiento es muy sencillo pero confortable.

- El camino de acceso desde Sapa es complicado con grandes pendientes. Es necesario saber manejar moto

- for us it was a bit too far out of the main Sapa town because we were also looking for culture and restaurants in the town and it was a 15-18 minute motorcycle ride.  the homestay family is amazing and organized motorbikes for us though. 

+ Mir hat alles gefallen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich, Cha war sehr aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit. Das Essen war sehr lecker.

+ The people and location!

- Not for light sleepers but excellent if you're an early riser !

+ To stay here is truly an unique experience! The family will welcome you as part of their own and are truly kind and very helpful. The food is also really good, loved the pancakes for breakfast especially! 😋 it’s located in a valley, with rice fields all around and great to go on hikes. The bed was really comfortable, WiFi had good connection, always had hot water and everything was clean.

- I’d recommend bringing earplugs because of some surrounding noises early in the morning, and it’s definitely easier to stay here if you drive a motorcycle! Because it’s in the middle of the village I had a hard time finding moto taxis, but the family was very helpful in this aspect! Maybe communicate with them and they can arrange transport for you!

+ Bellissima esperienza in famiglia. Raccomandato a chi ama immergersi nella cultura locale. Abbiamo fatto un trekking molto bello con la padrona di casa e cucinato con lei.

- La strada per arrivare é impegnativa ma ci si arriva con le moto. Cercate di arrivare con la luce.

+ Located in the heart of the Hill country surrounded by mountains and lush green rice terraces

+ Les hôtes étaient vraiment bien et nous avons appris beaucoup avec eux ! Je recommande ! Un peu galère à y accéder mais ça vaut le coup

+ Tout s’est très bien passé. La chambre est chaleureuse et confortable. Le homestay est tenu par une famille adorable avec deux enfants très attachants. Nous avons pris le repas du soir en famille, un moment très convivial. Chinh parle très bien français et peut aussi vous accompagner comme guide pour découvrir Sapa et toute la région. Il a beaucoup d’humour et toute la famille est d’une grande gentillesse : on se sent vraiment comme à la maison. Le repas était excellent et les crêpes du petit déjeuner étaient délicieuses. Seul petit détail : le coq chante un peu tôt et les motos commencent à pétarader vers 7h du matin. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

+ Ubytování bylo ve vesnici odkud se dalo jít spoustu stezkami do okolí s nádhernými výhledy na rýžová pole. Snažší než že Sa Pa.

- It’s in a nice location for hiking and tucked away from the main city

+ Chin and Cha were wonderful hosts — some of the loveliest people we’ve met on our trip! From the moment we arrived they made us feel so welcome and at home. Sharing a family-style dinner with them and their family was a real highlight; the food was incredibly tasty and we were so well looked after. They checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable, and everything was spotless — clean rooms, hot showers, and delicious home-cooked meals. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would 100% recommend that everyone stays here if they’re trekking in Sapa :)

+ Die Familie bei der man lebt ist wirklich sehr herzlich, vor allem die Kinder sind sehr süß. Alles war sehr sauber, den Vietnamesischen Standards entsprechend sehr einfach. Unbedingt das Abendessen mit der Familie bestellen das Essen war unglaublich lecker!

- Die Lage ist wirklich sehr remote, das sollte man bei der Anreise bedenken. Wir hatten Glück und haben einen Grab Fahrer gefunden der uns mit großen Rucksäcken hinunter gefahren hat. Die Straßen sind extrem steil, alternativ kann man zu Fuß gehen, mit Gepäck aber schon weit.

+ L’emplacement avec des jolies promenades à proximité, l’accueil chaleureux des hôtes. Un family dîner excellent et un super petit déjeuner. J’ai adoré mon séjour dans cette homestay

+ Ik heb een heel erg fijn verblijf gehad bij Fantasea homestay. Ik verbleef 4 dagen. Het wordt gerund door een jong gezin met 2 schatten van kinderen.  Ik werd ontvangen door Cha en voelde me direct thuis. Ze kookt heerlijk en heeft goeie duidelijke tips voor activiteiten in de buurt die ik allemaal heb gedaan. Haar man heeft mij en anderen gasten meegenomen op een hike tour. Je ziet op deze manier het echte authentieke Vietnamese platteland. Als je houd van rust, natuur en gemoedelijkheid ben je hier op het juiste adres. Dan moet je echt niet in het drukke Sapa centrum zitten. Tip: Neem even contact op met het gezin ivm transfer. De homestay ligt wat meer afgelegen van het centrum. Kortom een geweldige ervaring. + 女主人茶茶告诉我是第四位来自中国的客人。 我一共住了四个晚上，地方是在一个离sapa镇区很近的村子里面，就在小河边。男主人很活泼，女主人厨艺很好，英语交流起来也没有什么障碍。哥哥喜欢看宝宝巴士，妹妹很强壮。设施相对也比较干净，完善。 最后一晚因为吃饭回去晚了，路上被野狗吓得不敢走，打电话给男主人，他让他的兄弟开摩托把我接回去了。谢谢兄弟救我小命！回去和男主人和兄弟们喝了一轮。 另外，摩的的话从sapa镇区一般是50-70是比较合理的区间。
