+ La dueña muy amable, nos dejó utilizar su cocina, y su hospitalidad nos encantó.
- Muy limpio todo.
+ Right in the centre of town, cheap drinks and food on offer, parking is easy and seemed secure. Bed and room were clean. Shared bathroom was clean.
- Shared bathroom wasnt clearly shown on the nicer room option. Also the room is tiny not much more than the bed and it is up a very steep set of stairs thats closer to a ladder.

+ 旧正月で忙しい時期でしたが、ホストの女性には、親切にして貰いました。
- ホストの方が、出かけられる時は、玄関の鍵をかけるので、自由には出入りできない時もありました。(旧正月で偶々かもしれませんが) 後、コミュニケーションは、スマホのアプリのみです。
+ L'accueil que nous a réservé la propriétaire était super, une vraie tata qui a pris soin de nous pendant tout notre séjour. Même si elle ne parle pas anglais elle arrive très bien à ce faire comprendre.
- La propriétaire était trop gentille et nous a même préparé un breakfast un jour ou nous nous étions réveillés très tard.
+ Die Chefin war extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat gratis die Wäsche gewaschen und hat für die Sauberkeit des ganzen Hauses gesorgt; dafür 10/10 p.
- Es war schon sehr beengt. Eigentlich kein Zimmer sonder ein mit Parawans umgebenes Bett

The homestay is her house, in front she has a little coffee stand and it felt living like a local for a night. Just be prepared to use google translate. She gave her best that we felt comfortable.

+ Perfekte Lage um in das Zentrum zu kommen und noch besser wenn man zur Fähre möchte. Die Besitzerin war überaus freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Sie stand von Anfang an mit Tipps bereit und wollte uns eindeutig einen tollen Aufenthalt ermöglichen.

+ Great location near both established restaurants and street food kiosks. Easy walking distance to the beach for sunrise swimming. My upstairs room (#1) was impeccably clean, had good air conditioning, and strong Wi-Fi. The wonderful woman that runs the establishment was extremely friendly and made you feel less like a guest and more like part of the family. She even washed my laundry free of charge and even gave me bottles of water when I checked out. I'd definitely return in the future.

+ I have no words to describe how good this place is. Initially we chose it by it's proximity to the beach, but the experience made it 100/10. Since we arrived we felt completely at home and welcomed by the nicest owner ever. She took so much care of us, recommended nice food and even helped us with a problem with our bus to Saigon. Definitely worth a try if you ever stay in this nice part of Vietnam.

+ The keeper of the homestay is extremely welcoming and caring! She taught me some Vietnamese, cooked me meals and sat outside the shop with me chatting as we met other locals passing through to buy things. This is a very special kind of accomodation!
- The staircase to the room is short, but very steep. Almost like a ladder. This room wouldn’t be suitable for those with certain physical impairments.

+ L'hôtesse est formidable. Toujours prête à répondre à mes questions et à mes besoins. Le port est à 100m et la plage à côté. La climatisation fonctionne très bien. J'ai réussi à m'habituer à l'échelle de meunier. Je recommande pour vivre une expérience différente.
- J'aurais aimé avoir des draps.
