- 没热水冲凉，没矿泉水，没吹风筒，床垫可以换了，简直是不能睡的，整个塌陷进去的，还有蚂蚁🐜在床上，总言之就是不能住的，失望😞

- 整天都很吵，你能清楚的知道有多少辆车经过。 房间卫生堪忧，床上满是污渍，枕套上和墙上还有霉。热水器没水。 房间内有蟑螂（关灯后它们会出来）。

+ The room has no window. Too small. During our stay, we had problem with the water in the toilet. We only stayed for 2 hours, instead of 2 nights..

- 订房间的时候相片里的房间的床和价格都不一样，货不对版，冷气不冷因为网里肮脏了没有清洗，房间里的枕头发霉和有蚂蚁在爬着给我的孩子们不敢用觉得很肮脏完全没有清理干净和卫生，厕所又肮脏洗脸盆阻塞和马桶也一样阻塞，没有一样给我满意的又不便就是没有给矿泉水又没有水机喝水真的太差劲了👎

- It just a place to sleep don't except anything. No teeth brush, No shampoo. And the family room is small, beside bed don't have much space to out luggage.

+ Good Location. New bedsheet. Hot shower is ok

- Bathroom dirty, blower in bathroom not working and left hanging down the ceiling, when u flush the toilet almost 3/4 of clean water leaking out, staircase dirty, only got towel after 8 pm. No soap nothing. TV only for display not working. Maybe peak weekend have to pay RM146 instead of RM70 (normal price). No lift and for 63 yrs old couple climbing and dragging the bags to the upper floor quite challenging. No evacuation plan diagram.
