   Lido Hotel = Scammers. Avoid at all costs. I paid 200 euros in full for a stay from May 7-12. My flight was delayed, I informed them, but they ignored me. After spending the night at the airport, they canceled my booking without my consent, kept all my money, and left me with no room. I had to find and pay for another hotel. They are thieves. Do not book here.

   WORST HOTEL EVER, AVOIDED ALL COSTS!!! The rudest crew I ever seen. They treat you like animals. I booked for two nights and I asked to extend One More night, and the next morning they start knocking on my door like crazy, so I can come up and pay. When I came down and paid for my extra day the lady shouted at me and was extremely rude. She threatened to call the police. When I got back to my room, a bully from that hotel just open my door , barked to my room, and started to push me out, while putting a fist in front of my face and showing me how is going to punch me. When the lady got up and I told her to tell him that I paid (because he) couldn't understand in English , he just apologized and left like nothing happened... When I got down the lady kept fighting with me for no reason, telling me that she already called her big boss and he will talk to me in the morning and she told me to shut up and threaten to call the police.. I traveled to 16 countries before. Never had such an insane experience in my life

   Hotel looks very decent on the google pics but it’s quite the opposite.Lady at the reception is very rude and even tried scamming us for more money.There are no meals in the hotel.The neighbourhood is dangerous and full of thieves.Room are disgusting.Bathroom is very unhigenic and stinky,bedsheets have some spots on them,room is not cleaned at all.Overall rooms are in very bad condition.Some people had even reported seeing cockroaches.Staff is rude.I gladly switched hotels,even if it has a location near the centre it’s not worth it.Dont even bother coming here.😒

   I DO NOT RECCOMEND. Lady at desk is very rude and unhelpful. Located in a bad neighborhood, the whole place was sketchy. I booked on hostel world, showed up and they said they didn’t have my reservation. I had to book other accommodations.

   Street brawl outside front doors involving hammers thrown and bats at 10pm. Area is shady during the day, advisable not to go out at night. Rooms were generally ok but had strong “old” smell. Hotel was almost empty so no one around. I would stay away from this area unless you are in a pinch for money
