   One of the worst place I have seen Nuisance people don't even know how to speak to customer I suggest all solo traveller or any couple or biker travelling dont visit this place They just know how to fool you They know how to give fake review after every negative review Do read all negative review before reading positive review And we have just heard till.today it's all about ur upbringing Owner is worst of all so there staff They will fight for no reason And worst of all its out of city where u will not even get any administration help Just imagine yourself or your family with in village people where everyone trying male out money out of u and incase u deny with some logic they will fool you with 20 to 30 people who is ready to fight with u Imagine al Instagram reel where all these phadai fighting and beating tourist These guys are same And worst of all don't dare to go there with ur wife or our girlfriend or ur friends One of the worst place of uttrakhand Itis very difficult to give negative review to any buisness if u r also into buisness But these guys deserve this. Request to all traveller do show them what customers are Paying them 1000 payment Rather pay to some good people who know the value for

   One of the worst hotel in mussorrie infact i would say uttarakhad Never had such a pathetic experience whatever review u see here is fake just to increase there rating after every negative review This place not safe for solo traveler or bachelor traveller's they misuse ur solo travelling try to make money out of no reason they will fight for no reason and they will cancel ur booking after knowing its already paid 😤 Just message to every solo traveller or biker this hotel is in some village which is quite far from city where u don't have any support from administration They will break ur vehicle and will force u to go back from there premises Do read all of the negative review where everyone tried to explain there experience Mine visit was like nightmare which I will never forgive my whole life Google giving one star to rate but I would love not even to rate negative star to them bcoz they don't even deserve negative star As civilized and good citizen I don't want to do something wrong to them however this is my first negative review to some buisnes premises and I know how difficult it is to make become good businessman with gr8 ethics For my business every positive review gives me goosebump and every negative review force me to ask each amd every staff of by premises how it happens Just humble request to owner do think twice before fighting with tourist who comes to u with thought that we are going to gr8 place where everyone want to feel safe as he/she is out his city To experience ur place ur culture ur food ur work ethics

   The Hosteller will try to falsely claim this review is fake. They did so with my husband’s bad review and I can see they’ve done so with other reviews as well. As such, I have attached some pictures of my husband at the hostel to prove we were there, which shouldn’t be necessary but obviously is due to the Hosteller’s attempts to have bad reviews deleted. Our main issue at the hostel was that the staff was incredibly rude, unpleasant, and unhelpful. This would be annoying under any circumstances, but became a huge problem for us due to the fact that we really needed the WiFi to work for an important job interview. We had come specifically to a “trusted” chain where that brags about being a good workplace during these days as we thought that meant we could rely on the internet connection here. It turned out that it worked barely half the time, and, even worse, the staff kept lying to us about it getting fixed and guaranteeing that it would work on the day we needed it. Day after day, it didn’t work, including the day we needed it to. They didn’t take us seriously at all despite our asking them many times about the WiFi and explaining why we needed it. On top of their blatant lies and incredibly frustrating unwillingness to fix the problem and provide the amenity promised (or at least be honest about the fact that it wasn’t going to work, thus allowing us to find another solution), they were just really rude. On top of that, they didn’t take responsibility for running the hostel according to the rules like limiting noise after 10 PM. There was lots of noise and partying at night. They also didn’t have any change in the café, making it difficult to pay with cash (unless you accept paying too much every time).
