   **0 stars if I could\.** **WARNING: BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE BOOKING THIS HOTEL My experience was completely unacceptable\. I was charged for my reservation, but the hotel sent me **someone else’s itinerary**, which is a serious privacy issue and showed a complete lack of professionalism\. When I contacted them to correct their mistake, they refused to take accountability\. Despite their error, they **refused to refund my money** or provide a reasonable solution\. I paid for a reservation and was left dealing with their mistake while they kept my money\. Between mishandling personal information, poor customer service, and refusing to make things right, this experience felt incredibly dishonest\. I would strongly encourage anyone considering booking here to think twice and keep detailed records of every interaction\. There are plenty of hotels that value their customers and take responsibility when they make mistakes\. Based on my experience, this is not one of them\. I will never stay here again and cannot recommend this property to anyone

   If it were possible to give zero stars, that’s exactly what this place would get from me. This was one of the worst and most disappointing hostel experiences I have ever had. During my stay, I was harassed by another guest in my room. When I approached the reception for help, I expected them to at least take the situation seriously. Instead, I was met with complete indifference and no willingness to address the issue. Later, I moved from a top bunk to a bottom bunk within the same room, not knowing that this was against the hostel’s rules. Instead of explaining the policy respectfully, I received a phone call during which staff shouted at me and threatened to either remove me from the hostel or charge me extra. I have never experienced such aggressive and unprofessional treatment as a guest. What is even more upsetting is that after I explained how hurtful and inappropriate their behavior was, nobody bothered to apologize. On the contrary, they continued speaking to me in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. The impression I was left with was that they cared more about money than about their guests. This trip was something I had been looking forward to for a long time, and because of the way I was treated by the hostel, I found myself crying instead of enjoying my vacation. It is difficult to describe how disappointing it feels to feel unwelcome and disrespected in a place that is supposed to host and care for its guests. As if that were not enough, there was also a day when the electricity was not working, and overall the quality of the facilities was nowhere near worth the high price charged. There are many hostels that understand that good hospitality starts with respect, safety, and basic customer service. Unfortunately, this is not one of them. I will never stay here again, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a place where guests are treated with dignity, respect, and basic human decency.

   I am requesting a refund due to serious safety and professionalism issues during my stay. This was my second time at this hostel, and unfortunately both visits were extremely disappointing. During my first stay, multiple staff members repeatedly asked me for tips, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. If you tip, they cling to you; if you don’t, they treat you poorly. This is not professional or acceptable in hospitality. On my second stay (Dec 1), I originally booked a women’s dorm, but the hostel changed my reservation to a mixed dorm without my permission. When I went to the front desk to fix it, the receptionist did nothing and instead asked me for a tip. I gave $10, but the room issue was never corrected. Inside the mixed dorm, I had an extremely unsafe experience. A male guest gave other men access to the room and bathroom, slept almost naked beside my assigned bed, and even invited another man to sit on my bed. I felt uncomfortable, disrespected, and completely unprotected. When I reported this to the manager, she dismissed my concerns and apologized to the men instead of addressing the safety problem. I was treated as if I was the issue simply for asking why someone else was lying on my assigned bed. This environment felt unsafe, unprofessional, and disrespectful to women. Because I did not receive the room I booked, and because I felt unsafe at night, I am requesting a full refund for this stay.
