- 這間飯店的熱水水管老舊出水量小，熱水溫度也不夠熱，房間裡面的工業冷氣，沒有遙控器，無法自行打開，聯絡服務人員都沒有在回覆，我足足在房間裡面被悶了一整天，總算有人回覆，結果這個冷氣每隔一個小時自動關閉，是要房客每一個小時起來開冷氣嗎？ 收這個房費，環境，設備，服務可以說差到不行，還要不斷聽工作人員睜眼說瞎話說，跟我說這不是你們提供的服務，真的很想罵髒話，不是你們提供的服務？ 那我付的服務在哪裡？ 強力不推薦這間飯店，這間飯店的房間是從原本破舊的大樓公寓單位改建，裡面的設備非常的骯髒老舊，牆壁與環境充滿了灰塵與老舊黴菌與無法清理的使用痕跡，非常不誠實把旅客當成冤大頭的一間飯店
The door staff received instructions to come eagerly to handle the old hot water pipe of the hotel, the outlet is small, the hot water temperature is not hot enough, the industrial air conditioning in the room, no remote control, it can't open on its own, the contact service staff is not responding, I've been bored in the room all day, at least someone responded, the result is that the air conditioner automatically shuts off every hour, is the guest going to cool down every hour?

- The whole building is extremely run-down. The elevator didn’t work, the rooms are very old and literally falling apart, and when I turned on the shower, a bunch of dead insects came out with the water, disgusting! On top of that, it’s also a hostel, so there were loud people in the hallways all evening. Overall, a really bad experience.

- Acomodação e banheiros super sujos. Atendimento péssimo. Nem se quer tem clima de hostel. Domingo 18h e o restaurante e bar estavam fechados.
Miraflores is a great neighborhood. super dirty accommodation and bathrooms. terrible service. neither se quer tem clima de hostel. sunday 6pm and the restaurant and bar were closed.

- Almost everything. 1. We rented a non-shared room and were sent to a room in another building, separating our group. This other building (which has no information in the listing) had nothing and no one from the hotel. In other words, there was no one to offer even the slightest support. 2. Terrible service. We explained the situation to the receptionists that they were going to separate the group, and they did nothing. They didn't even think of a solution. They just stared at us blankly. Poor service, unwilling to help, and it seemed like they were doing us a favor. 3. Cleanliness. Dirty hotel. The bathroom was terribly dirty, and the dirty floor (which is the bathtub) was disgusting. 4. A hostel that has no hostel atmosphere at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Not worth the price! Look for other options.

+ Hotel super descolado, bem localizado, quartos grandes, equipe atenciosa, café da manhã caprichado! Fui com minha mãe e fizemos um passeio que saía de madrugada e disponibilizaram um lanchinho que estava com capricho de mãe p/ filho. AMAMOS! Voltaria novamente e SUPER recomendo!
- O único contra é que o café da manhã fica em outro prédio, o que pra quem tem alguma questão de mobilidade, pode atrapalhar. O que não foi o meu caso.
Super chic hotel, well located, large rooms, attentive staff, whimsical breakfast! i went with my mom and we took a walk that left in the early morning and we made available a snack that was on a whim of mother p/ son. we LOVE! would come back again and SUPER recommend! the only downside is that the breakfast is in another building, or that for anyone with any mobility issues, it can get in the way. which was not my case.

- Veel geluidsoverlast van omliggende uitgaansgelegenheden in de nacht, tot ongeveer vier uur.
Lots of noise overload from surrounding outdoor areas at night, up to about four hours.
+ De leuke inrichting van de centrale ruimtes en de algemene keuken.
- De waterdruk in de douche op de 13e versieping was zeer laag. Zo laag zelfs dat het warme water niet eens voldoende gekoeld kon worden met het koude water en dat de douche alleen maar druppelde, in plaats van echt douchte. Zeker gezien de regendouchekop, die suggereert dat er een lekkere straal uit de douche komt, was dit een enorme tegenvaller. Uiteindelijk heb ik moeten douchen in de algemene doucheruimte, die bovendien vies, terwijl ik wel de prijs van een kamer met eigen badkamer heb moeten betalen.
