Wouldn’t usually leave a bad review, but was really disappointed by this hostel after reading the good reviews. There was a really bad smell inside the main building/dorm rooms. The water in the sinks, showers and toilets was yellow/brown throughout our stay. When we raised this, staff implied they were not aware, but that it was likely due to mud as the water supply comes from a deep well. The room was hot and the fan cords weren’t long enough to reach the sockets. Would not recommen...
Attention! On Hostelworld it says free breakfast, but this is not available! Otherwise pool not quite so clean, wifi very good but unfortunately not in the rooms. There is a well-equipped kitchen.
Muy caro para lo que ofrecen, no te dan ni toalla, el desayuno muy básico. La ubicación es lejos del centro. Y no hacen nada como activar los espacios comunes, muy poca atmósfera social.
Very expensive for what they offer, no towel, very basic breakfast. the location is far from the center. and they do nothing but activate the common spaces, very little social atmosphere.

For one night it was okay, the kitchen and chill area were not very clean and there were some cockroaches.
Very overpriced for what it is, when we arrived there was no air con so sleeping at night was impossible it was only on the last night we stayed they added fans which just pushed the hot air round the room but nice they tried to fix it. The whole toilet block was closed of for one evening. The water in the showers and taps comes out very brown/ yellow everytime you used them I never felt clean. It’s not very social pretty quiet but has a nice bar. The staff were helpful!
Not great, only cold water and the location is not great, you need a tuk tuk to get anywhere
Stayed in the private double room. AC didn’t work for 2/3 nights we stayed and was apparently broken for a few nights before, however we had a fan in the room. Bathrooms were fine but then they went under renovation so had to leave our section, go through the lounge and upstairs to the other showers. Pool was nice and the social areas are really nice. Good restaurants nearby and the cost of a tricycle to town is 150 pesos. Staff were friendly and was a social hostel.

This hostel was the cleanest hostel I’ve stayed in. It’s small, and has a mix of people I would say of an average age of 29. But it had a really homely feel and staff were lovely.
Super auberge, bien située pour les meilleurs sunsets. Petite piscine pour se rafraîchir, bel espace commun climatisé, idéal pour travailler. Petit point à améliorer : mettre de l’eau chaude, mais ce n’est pas dérangeant dans l’absolu

Had all the basic stuff you needed. Just found layout but unusual and facilities not always kept the cleanest.

More of a chill stay around El Nido, with good facilities. Not too social, but if you good at gathering people, you will be fine. There are always a lot of people. Stayed in the 8 bed mixed dorm. The space for your bags is big enough and you can even lock your personal belongings. The pool is nothing special and people don't really use it. Restrooms are big and clean, because you are not allowed to wear shoes inside the hostel. Staff is always around if you need anything. Enjoy the sunset!
Decent enough for a couple of nights but lacked a social atmosphere and the wifi didn’t reach the rooms. Also a bit of a trek from the centre of town so keep that in mind when booking.
We were hesitant to stay here due to the reviews, but we were pleasantly surprise. The hostel is a 25-35 minute walk from el nido centre, as a group of 3 we felt very safe walking. The hostel is secure, has lockers, AC, a curtain, lights and a plug. The hostel is sociable, offers a simple breakfast (with a small fee I believe, but we didn’t eat here!), and kept super clean. The bathroom water in the toilet/sink is slightly off-coloured but they offer purified water for drinking and using! :)
A bit out of town but had a good stay here
The staff were nice and helpful and attentive with the cleaning of the bathroom and rooms. Rooms very small and dark, and wifi didn’t reach our room. Bit further away from the main town a 10 min tuktuk which would cost 100 pesos.
Really loved my stay there! Super friendly staff, a small but cheap breakfast option in the morning, pool, AC in the rooms, stable beds and lockers. Loads of Dragonball references. It offers sessions at a local gym (you have to buy a daypass though) and running sessions in the morning and evening. But aside from that not really any activities for guests, but easy to entertain oneself regardless at the bar & happy hour :P Would definitely recommend & 100% would stay there again
Photo of the "swimming pool" is quite misleading. It's just a dirty, unmaintained semi-dried water hole. BEWARE OF UNBEARABLE KARAOKE PLACE THEY HAVE AS NEIGHBORS, blasting loud, strident out of tune "singing" until midnight. You can't even hear your own thoughts while in the hostel. You also hear everything going on in the (mixed gender) bathroom from the private room. No water heating.
las instalaciones estaban muy bien, el personal super agradable y amable. Esta muy limpio, me dio la sensación de que siempre había alguien limpiando. La cama cómoda y las zonas comunes en buen estado. Muy bien todo
The facilities were very good, the staff super friendly and friendly. it is very clean, it gave me the feeling that there was always someone cleaning. the comfortable bed and the common areas in good condition. very good everything.
The water was not clean and brown/yellow. There is only one mixed bathroom for men and women. The room smelled unpleasant and there was hardly any space in the room for the bagpacks. The beds are relatively small and there is no storage space in the room apart from the locker. The location is not ideal but ok. The outside area is nice and the staff is friendly. Would not recommend it.
Une superbe découverte ! Un de mes meilleurs hostel durant mon voyage ! Comme une vraie petite maison c’est chaleureux on s’y sent bien ! Je recommande ++++++

Hostel propre, personnel super sympa, seul bémol : AC beaucoup trop forte ! Je suis restée 3 nuits et je n’ai pas pu dormir à cause du froid ! (J’ai demandé 3x de l’abaisser, ce qui n’a pas été fait). Dommage car tout était correct !! (aussi, il n’est pas dans le centre de El Nido, donc vous devez prendre un tuctuc pour vous y rendre)
Clean hostel, super friendly staff, only complaint: AC way too strong ! I stayed 3 nights and I couldn't sleep because of the cold ! (I asked 3x to lower, which was not done). Too bad because everything was correct !! (also, it's not in the center of El Nido, so you have to take a tube to get there)
Nice hostel with helpful staff, was able to book all tours / buses through them. Bit of a walk to town but can get tricycles
