To much mouse in all room and small bugs in the bed but all team was great ,

I have booked one bed Qube(dormitory) @1000/ from MMT.option 4 bed /6 bed qubes. You can grab qube @800 and also can grab the room @1500 in MMT deal. QubeBed having one/two bed bugs but housekeeping always clean the room. Common (always clean) four washroom and four shower for all qubes, 2 standing urinal pot. And for night stay it is good, if you have to stay only for two night. Otherwise take room. Room are on ground floor and qubes are in basement. Qubes is providing locker at bottom of bed with key. For me Bed size was 3 by 5. Long height person may confirm the bed size. There is kitchen facility also which is big bonus to New person in city. However local food vada paav and misal pavv can fill your stomach from road shops. In front(right side) there is nagori tea shop and gholap misal shop and one restaurants named konkan spice. On road to sakinaka metro, there is fouji tea stall and sangam vada pav centre(on right hand). This qube stay and Arma residency is the same.

I booked this owing to its proximity of T2. I fell for the positive reviews on Google and am writing this so others are not fooled. Worst experience EVER. Biggest issue is cleanliness, room was full of BED BUGS, washrooms as dirty as in a train/ bus stop. You can probably ignore the fact that it's a basement, the slums it is nestled in, the AC ducts full of dust accumulated over the years, the pathetic management but always remember you won't ever be able to sleep in a room with bed bugs. Had rashes all over body within half an hour. Front desk response to bed bugs was a change of linens to which mistakenly they agreed that there is no clean linen which can be made available at night and I am talking about 9 PM. Checked out within 1 hour of staying in the room, although I had multiple days booking, paid in advance, booked through MMT. And remember, 0 refund, because that's the hotel policy as per MMT. And surprisingly MMT has even given them a reward. Now I have no trust in MMT as well, thanks to this experience. Breakfast would be better in any road-side stall, when compared to this place. For anyone who still decides to choose this place, don't book in advance and book it as a matter of last resort. I am still wondering how has it maintained a rating above 4* since people usually apply such filters while looking for a place to stay. I regret not taking pictures of how dirty the place and the surroundings were. Most of the pictures uploaded on Google are from the era the hotel was built.

The last day, I spotted a bed bug on my pillow, and I knew it was too late to be concerned because I had brought the bed bugs from my hotel stay with my luggage to my home, and we had to thoroughly clean the entire house. The absence of comfy and big rooms is advantageous to younger generations who can adjust to such little beds. The bathrooms are tiny and undersized; there isn't even a decent place to hang towels. Beds and common restrooms are not large enough for a large healthy person, only little and slender men may use the facilities effectively. Bed bugs are a major issue once they enter the home.
