Zostel Goa (Anjuna)

There bedbugs in mattresses which was terrifying and we could not sleep. Rest was fine.

One of the worst zostel properties. Highly unprofessional staff, zero manners to talk, staff and receptionist looks like they haven’t taken bath since ages. - Rooms are unclean - Bed bugs - Insects infestation - Poor quality food - Non availability of food - Pathetic road as a location - 4 wheeler parking issue - They don’t give a damn about guests. Attached is the photo of bed. The owner of this property really needs to VISIT here and actually process what is going on here in the name of the brand Zostel.

Worst experience ever. The beds were infested with bed bugs. I booked for three nights, but on the first night, I had to change rooms due to the infestation. The second day, I was assured that pest control had been done, but again, on the second night, I found more bed bugs. In the middle of the night, I was temporarily moved to another hostel nearby. The next day, to my disbelief, I was told to check out because they had no extra beds available and couldn't resolve the bed bug issue. This experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating.
