Everest Stays Rooms and Dormitory

This place is absolutely disgusting. I stayed at Everest Stay Dormitory, Santacruz East, and it was one of the worst stays of my life. The dorm is filthy and completely unhygienic. There were bedbugs all over the beds, and I also saw cockroaches and even rats, which is unacceptable and dangerous. The bedsheets and blankets were dirty, the washrooms were stinking, and the entire place smelled bad. The dorm was overcrowded, noisy, and felt unsafe. Despite complaining, the staff was rude, careless, and did nothing to fix the issues. This place is a total waste of money and should be avoided at all costs. Do not book this dormitory unless you want to ruin your stay.
