Inn and Out Express Sea Point

Utterly disgusting! There were multiple bed bugs! No ventilation. TV didn’t work.

Hated the fact that the bed had several bed bugs in it. Even worse, when we pointed this out to the front desk with photo evidence, they acknowledged the problem but then refused to switch us to another room. We were forced to leave and find another hotel in the middle of the night. The front desk person told us we would be refunded but when we finally were able to communicate with the owners they called us liars regarding the bugs and refused to refund us for our 5-day stay despite the fact that we left after just 20 minutes.
