Staff was really nice & common areas are cute. The dorm however has no ventilation and was extremely hot & stuffy which made it impossible to sleep. For $85 a night they could at least have working fans or AC overnight.
Établissement bruyant. Matelas minuscules. Pourquoi me mettre une taille enfant ? Porte sans sécurité et bruyante. Des 5h du matin on entend des passages d’éléphants dans le couloir et des portes claquer toutes les 10secondes c’est juste pas possible. Petit déjeuner inexistant voir insultant : proposer seulement des oeufs crus ? Vraiment ? Me faire proposer d’aller me faire cuire un oeuf des le matin ne me ravis pas le moins du monde. Personnel morose et peu enclin aux conseils l...
Noisy establishment. tiny mattresses. why should i wear a child size? door without security and noisy. from 5am onwards you hear elephants passing in the hall and doors slamming every 10 seconds that's just not possible. no-existing breakfast see insulting : offer only raw eggs ? really ? being offered to go and get an egg cooked in the morning doesn't please me at all. staff are morose and not inclined to local councils.

La ubicación es buena pero las instalaciones están descuidadas. La logística en la cocina para el desayuno es un desastre y no hay lo necesario para lavar los trastes (fibras desgastadas, jabón para platos inservible, pocos trapos para secar). Cumplen con el mínimo de limpieza en áreas comunes y en los cuartos. Los colchones están rotos y malgastados.
The location is good but the facilities are sloppy.The logistics in the kitchen for breakfast is a disaster and there is nothing necessary to wash the utensils (worn fibers, useless soap for dishes, few rags to dry).They meet the minimum of cleanliness in common areas and in the bedrooms.The mattresses are broken and worn out.
Great location (few minutes walk to major attractions). However, this hostel has many issues. First, my room does not have air conditioning. While it was equipped with a ceiling fan, the fan did not work and even appeared on the verge of falling (when I pulled the levers). This created an extremely unpleasant summer night when I was there. Sharing a windless, 34 degrees Celsius room with room mates who leave their sweat stained clothes everywhere (the room smelled like wet socks). Second, the b...

Auberge bien située et bon accueil, hall agréable. Par contre, pas de prise pour les lits du haut, donc galère pour recharger. La personne du bas avait pris ma couverture et on a douté de moi quand j’en ai demandé une. Lit confortable mais odeur de renfermé. Salle de bain moyenne : une douche cassée, pas de tapis ni de papier, un homme faisait le ménage pendant les douches. Dommage, ça gâche un peu l’expérience.
Hostel well located and welcoming, nice hall. On the other hand, no socket for the upper beds, so gallery to recharge. The person downstairs had taken my blanket and they doubted me when I asked for one. Comfortable bed but smell of confinement. Average bathroom : a broken shower, no carpet or paper, a man was cleaning during showers. Shame, it spoils the experience a bit.
Too hot, we left in the middle of the night because of that. Did not worth our money
Where to even begin... The bathroom next to the kitchen was clogged twice in my very short 4-day stay, the ventilation shaft right under the showers have AT LEAST 1cm-thick dust, there was a pretty big spider web on the ceiling of the first girl's bathroom on the third floor, the showers had mold in the nooks and crannies of the door, mainly inside. There was hair all over the shower walls no matter when I took it, and to top it all, the staff is really rude. I'll be paying for a hotel next time
Buena ubicación. Cerca de los puntos turísticos de interés. Desde nuestro punto de vista, caro comparado con otros albergues. No deja de ser un albergue… baños mejorables en cuanto a instalaciones. El desayuno escaso. El personal súper amable.
Good location. close to tourist points of interest. from our point of view, expensive compared to other hotels. still a hostel... bathrooms upgradeable in terms of facilities. the breakfast is limited. the staff super friendly.

Simple hostel w few amenities.
The staff here are all so friendly and kind. The beds are comfortable, I had a good sleep. The dorm rooms are a little cramped, as are the showers, it was very difficult to wash my hair. There are also no plug sockets for upper bunk beds, just USB plugs, but they moved me to a lower bunk when requested. The location is excellent, and the common rooms are comfy. There was a homeless looking person in the lobby when I arrived which was off putting

L'auberge est parfaitement situé ce qui en fait son grand point fort ! les espaces communs sont également grands et agréables, tout comme les chambres. le petit déjeuner est aussi un vrai plus :)
The hostel is perfectly located which makes it its great strength! the common areas are also large and pleasant, as are the rooms. breakfast is also a real plus :)

I honestly have nothing but good things to say parce que this place was amazing. They had guided tours in the morning, where you connect with fellow hostel members. The towels, washrooms, locker, bedding, and bunk beds were spick and span. The concierge was 24/7 and they were very friendly. The location is amazing as it is steps to the terminus bus station, train station, and Old Quebec (Château Frontenac, Quartier Petit Champlain, Terrasse Dufferin, Citadelle,etc). Merci pour tout♡

The rooms are really big and there are plenty of bathrooms, but they might not be that near your room. The beds are comfortable but I was sometimes a bit cold at night. Breakfast was good and it is really close to lots of shops and restaurants in the centre. I would recommend!
Everything was great about this place. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the location is close to the main city landmarks. I definitely recommend staying here.

I loved my stay here, from the accommodations to the roommates I had, The staff here is really helpful as it was a short stayI couldn't do the city tour so they helped us by giving the map & explaining how to roam around the city. It was a blast, but they should look into getting paid parking because I had trouble finding a place to park the car
Location is very good, close to every touristic place by walking. Also very close to the train station and the bus stop to go to airport. There are a lot of bars and restaurants around. The lockers were huge (bring your own lock). Curtains were good for privacy. The breakfast was amazing, one of the bests I've seen in hostels! Common areas were very cozy. There's laundry room and self-service luggage storage area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend.
First time staying at a hostel, and I would highly recommend! Great place, clean, very accommodating. Breakfast was great too! Having access to the luggage storage before check-in and after check-out was great too!

Great hostel, cheap price. Free breakfast, wasn’t much but it’s free. I had whole room to my self no one else was staying at the time. Great location right in old Quebec near lots of fun stuff. Nice lobby and clean bathrooms.
Great place in a great location! I went to Quebec in the off season so the hostel was quiet hence why atmosphere perhaps wasn’t its best
