I have stayed at quite a few hostels in multiple countries, and this is by far the worst place I have ever stayed at. From the start the front desk staff is rude and unfriendly. You might as well not shower here because there are no towels. The two toilets don’t have toilet paper in them, you have to walk into another room to get it, so your only hope is to guess how much you’ll need and take it with you. Music constantly playing down the courtyard. No water available either.

Clean, comfy beds and central location. Aside from that: They don't allow the guests access to drinking water but they conveniently sell overpriced bottled water. On the terrace they play obnoxious music(think eastern european gym playlist mixed with bad bunny) until 11pm. This music cascades down the courtyard so it's all you can hear in each dorm. There is absolutely zero atmosphere, so much police inside? I couldn't use a plate from the kitchen because it was 14:30, and check in was at 15.

CET HOSTEL NE MÉRITE PAS SA NOTE ! Il n'est pas très propre, les agents ne sont pas réactifs. A l'arrivée, chambre et lit sale sans oreiller. La couverture n'a même pas de draps! J'ai demandé plusieurs fois pour qu'on vienne nettoyer : c'est resté SALE tout le temps. Mon rideau de chambre était à vomir tellement il était sale. Le personnel n'est pas agréable et ne vous aideront pas ! Meme pour monter au 3e étage avec 4 valises !

They stole my room three hours after arriving. The staff was unsympathetic and the place was not very clean. Cheap things are expensive.

cancelled my second reservation. They knew I was coming back and my bag was still there. they could have charged my card but they decided to ditch me instead for a better pay day. also hostel is very dead and my bed wasn't made when I arrived. Go to Apapacho hostel instead!!

Lo único bueno del hostal es la ubicación, en la habitación femenina (minería) el calor es insoportable, no se puede dormir del calor, los chicos de mantenimiento y limpieza entran al baño aún así haya mujeres recién bañadas envueltas en toalla, la llave se desactiva todos los días, el wifi falla bastante, pero aún así el personal es atento y amable.

iLiterally nothing that I can recommend about this place. I’m not one to care usually but this was just out of this world bad - Staff was beyond rude, which I don’t usually mind, except when they don’t reimburse you money, that they may not be ‘legally required’ to, however should be morally obliged to. room a bit moist, squeeky bed. otherwise fine. but when i was supposed to leave the staff wouldnt let me have My stuff, Credit card, passports. I had Hung My dry sweater on the tv, and now i had to pay 8000 pesos to get My stuff back. they ended up letting me go with 4000 pesos. i have been to many hostels but never experienced anything like it.

It's good location right in city centre, it's clean. But the room is on 4th floor without elevator and because it's just next to terrace bar, it's super noisy. They play loud music until late night, people talking loudly. The windows leading to halfway therefore must be closed and the fan is super noisy. So overall not a good place to rest after a long day walking.

Price trebled after third day. Total rip -off. Rooms without Windows, toilet .stank Never again

the location of this hostel is great, although not so many choices for coffee shops. One of the beds was not cleaned upon arrival and we had to ask twice for them to clean it. In the end they didn’t have a cover for one of the blankets. but the biggest drawback was that from 4pm there was constant loud music. One could not relax in the room because of the very loud noise that went until 11pm. personally for that reason only, I would not recommend this place.

A very nice location and does its job overall. But if you are looking for atmosphere and to meet people, go somewhere else as it is not a sociable hostel. The bar is always empty. Also, there never seemed to be any toilet paper in any of the toilets, which was strange

Great spot and laid back hostel. Had comfy beds and felt spacious because of the tall roof. I would reccomend this one!

Front desk staff was rude immediately at check in, for no reason. No pillow or sheets provided, just a blanket. Common area was cold, bedrooms were hot. Place has a lot of potential, given location and building style, but there are so many easy fixes to address things that just haven't been done.

Por la calidad precio está bien, solo que la almohada estaba muy fea. Había una fuga en el baño y no había jabón. Está en una buena ubicación.

Great spot for especially winter I think as room are windowless so kelts the space warm from the winter chill. Staff were nice, beds comfy, super central. The bigger beds where awesome

Buen hostel para quedarse en el centro. Se siente seguro y siempre hay alguien en recepción. Percibí una buena limpieza dentro del dormitorio y los baños. Quizá puedan mejorar su terraza, ya que es algo oscura durante el día, y la cocina podría mejorar mucho también.

Pésima limpieza. Personal displicente. Constante música con alto volumen hasta tarde.

Pretty solid hostel, has curtains, outlets, and lights for each bed which is always nice. Very cool looking lobby and great location near tourist sites and the metro. Definitely a noisy area, especially as windows are kept open to help keep it cool. I personally didn’t find there was much of a social vibe if you don’t speak Spanish, but as a home base for going out and doing my own thing it worked great.

Staff didn’t speak great English, but they were very helpful nonetheless. I really enjoyed this place. The location was great, and the building was beautiful!

Debería haber más para poner otros objetos mientras uno se baña. - Limpieza deficiente en el baño (cabellos en la coladera en el baño de mujeres del dormitorio mixto). - Cabellos en las sábanas de las camas de los dormitorios. - No hay claridad con respecto al número de camas en los dormitorios mixtos que ofrecen en Hostelworld....

Contras - No se puede acceder a la terraza delantera, ni a las botellas de agua de cortesía porque son destinadas a los huéspedes del hotel, mientras que otra parte del personal se portaba accesible (me regalaron una botellita de agua y me dejaron subir a la terraza para atender una videollamada). - Cortinas de privacidad en los dormitorios estaban manchadas. - Dormitorio femenino caluroso, se requiere aire acondicionado. - Puertas, mobiliario y pisos ruidosos en los dormitorios. - Hay ...

En lo que cabe fue una buena experiencia. Generalmente, debe mejorar para ofrecer un realmente buen servicio. Pros: - Excelente ubicación. - Ambiente seguro, había una guardia de seguridad afuera del dormitorio femenino. - Personal amable y servicial, sobre todo, el chico del snack bar y el de recepción. Ellos hacen la diferencia. Contras: - Las cortinas de privacidad en los dormitorios estaban manchadas. - Dormitorio femenino caluroso, se requiere aire acondicionado. - Puertas, mobiliar...

The bed had lots of hair on it. The blanket was clearly used compared to other beds. The lockers did not come with locks. Otherwise would have been a great stay

I did not enjoy the stay, it was smelly and the bedcurtains were really dirty. I stayed in the 16-bed dorm, which only has one window and one fan at the front of the room. The window doesn’t open to the outside but to the lobby. My bed was all the way in the back, and because of the poor ventilation it was really hot and smelly. There was no toilet seat in the bathroom and mold in the showers. I didn’t expect much considering the low price, but I did expect more than this.
