Heaven Backpackers Hostel & Tour

I left on my arrival after checking the beds - there are bedbugs. I checked another bed and it was the same. The place is very expensive for what you get compared to other places in the city (no breakfast, no kitchen, no toilet paper). While I am aware the bedbugs come from travellers, the hostel should still take actions.

My partners bed had bed bugs, instead of treating the issue they just changed the sheets and left it ready for the next. My partners new bed also had bed bugs. Staff were missing a lot of the time, felt deserted. Loud karaoke on next door during the early morning.
