- Surbooking, il n'y avait pas de lit pour moi malgré ma réservation. J'ai du trouver un autre hébergement au dernier moment...
+ The property was clean and the bed comfortable.Apart from that there is little to commend it.
- The bathroom was hopeless with poor water pressure and no hot water. The kitchen was poorly equipped. The pots and pans were old and worn. There was no microwave. Worst of all, the man who runs it was rude and aggressive. We were ready to leave at 11am when he walked into our room without knocking and virtually kicked us out. I think he is in the wrong job. We paid cash but got no receipt and I've had a notification from booking.com to say the property said we didn't turn up!

- They (both the male boss and the female cleaner) play real DIRTY, a big SCAM, rude racisists, violent sexists. Not liking my attitude (neutral, not warm, no warmth from them why the guest make an effort? ), they first, without my permission, packed my clothes including underwear, then urged me to move to another room, out of shock I moved. Next day, my reservation was canceled so that i couldn't leave a reference (then I called booking's customer service). Meanwhile they accused me of moving against their policy, which was recorded by the camera: me taking my own luggage. Of course the camera didn't record they told me to do so. They spent longer than ordinaries calculating simple math regarding the change of two bottled water, refused to give me the right amount of money or listen to my explanation and even violently pushed me around with elbows, shouting: behave yourself, otherwise we'll kick you out. They did so. In the mid-day 30 degree shining sun and dry desert, I had to walk with all luggage to a new hostel. They humiliated me by accusing me speaking only English and ordered me to speak Spanish so i read from google translator like retarded, though the man speaks some. They insulted Chinese culture and language because we don't spend as much time greeting and smiling superficially. Sadly i received none here, not even efficiently getting things done. I waited 30 min to check in with no other guests in front. The key given to me is broken. I had to knock the front door, no answer for over 15 min or opened by a guest. The front desk was mostly empty, no one to answer questions or buy water from. I had to ring the bell outside to raise attention. Even i told the girl not to make my bed everyday so to relieve her workload, she insisted doing so, stubborn and not smartly working. This has been my worst experience in 10 month travel across north and south America; and worse than a decade ago my trip here.

- Unsere Buchung war zwar via Booking bestätigt worden, aber als wir im Hostal ankamen, meinte der Besitzer das Hostal sei seit Tagen bereits ausgebucht. Nur komisch, dass es offenbar auf Booking verfürgbar war und auch bestätigt wurde. Er meinte er habe uns eine Nachricht via Booking gesendet, das er unsere Buchung storniert (bringt leider wenig, wenn man in der Atacamawüste unterwegs ist und kein Netz hat). Fraglich wieso Zimmer auf Booking gestellt werden, wenn keine vorhanden sind und wieso es dann nicht korrekt storniert werden kann. Der Fehler liegt laut Besitzer nicht bei ihm. Alternative wurde uns keine Angeboten und so mussten wir für eine andere Unterkunft vor Ort schauen.

- Tuve que ir varias veces hasta el hostal para solucionar la anulación de la reserva. No se portaron nada bien. Nada amables y poco eficientes.
+ Fiz a reserva pelo booking e confirmei com a pousada via WhatsApp. Agendei os passeios e na semana da viagem confirmei o passeio .Quando cheguei na pousada não tinha nenhum quarto disponível tive que procurar outra pousada e pagar o dobro do valor .
- A pousada nem se preocupou em arrumar outra acomodação e depois mandei mensagem para confirmar os passeios e não obtive retorno Tive que fechar de última hora

Lovely hostel in San Pedro, very clean room and communal kitchen. During our stay, it was quiet with not many guests, but this didn’t impact our stay! Cindy & Luna the hostel pets are also very lovely! We would definitely stay again
Zimmer war ok und Bad war sauber, Ausstattung Küche war in Ordnung, Dusche zu heiß oder kalt, Rucksack konnte ich bis Abends im Zimmer lassen
The room was ok und Bad was clean, the equipment Kitchen was in Ordnung, the shower was too hot or cold, the backpack I could leave until the evening in the room
good location and price. clan hostel and nice kitchen. things I didn't like: receptionist rarely there, you have to text him to talk to him in person. Also: they have amazing price for the various tours, but communication not the best. And also, even though I paied the full amount, I was asked first 20.000 clp as they were "missing", which then became 10.000. In the end I gave the extra, just because the manager was really stubborn. Not sure if I'd go back
Parfait ! Il y a tout ce qu’il faut, à 5 minutes à pieds de la rue principale, et de la franchuteria (meilleure boulangerie de la ville +++) Tout est très propre et calme !

Excellent Hostel, staff are friendly and helpful, the garden is lovely (probably the best bit), with clean rooms, good facilities with hot showers and a good location. Quite a chill hostel too. Was slightly nervous after reading previous reviews, but would definitely recommend.
Don't listen to the negative reviews! This place was lovely, the staff were super helpful and overall the place was very clean. The garden area was a great place to chill at the end of the day and the rooms were spacious with clean and comfortable beds. I would definitely recommend to other backpackers as this place is hidden gem and i hope they continue to grow as a business!

+ Excelente ubicación, ambiente grato, dueños atentos, amables y acogedores. Además un excelente aseo en los espacios comunes, habitación y baños. Fue el espacio ideal para viajar en solitario
