- Me dejaron metido con la familia dentro del carro. Nunca pide entrar. Tenemos reservadas 2 cabañas. En la primera aun tenian un huésped que nunca salió.. en la segunda cabaña estaba tapada la tubería. Conclusión: una pésima experiencia. Nos tocó buscar otro lugar bajo la lluvia con la familia dentro del carro, 6 pm recorriendo Palomino buscando donde alojarnos. No lo recomiendo.

- This is a private property, rented by a third party that rents the rooms as a hostel. When we arrived with our family (wife and two kids) at 17:00 hrs, they gave us an excuse that a man was in meditation for a long period and that no rooms were available. End of story…. No hotel for us neither for the couple we travel with.
+ Arrived to find they have overbooked the accommodation and didn’t have a room for us. The gentleman that works there was lovely and really tried to help us, unfortunately the representatives that managed the booking were useless and I ended having to call booking.com to cancel the booking as they refused to do it, even though they could not accommodate us.

Lamentablemente, debo dejar una reseña muy negativa sobre este lugar. Reservé con anticipación a través de Hostelworld y, al llegar, no respetaron mi reserva ni me asignaron una habitación. El personal indicó que hubo un cambio de administración y que la nueva administración no tiene acceso a Hostelworld, por lo que no gestionan ni reconocen las reservas hechas por esa plataforma. Esta situación me dejó sin hospedaje y me obligó a salir a última hora a buscar otro lugar, algo tota...
I have booked in advance through Hostelworld and on arrival, they did not respect my reservation nor assigned me a room. the staff indicated that there was a change of management and that the new administration does not have access to Hostelworld, so they do not manage or recognize bookings made through that platform. this situation left me without accommodation and forced me to leave at the last minute to look for another place, something totally unacceptable
The hostel is closed. Do not book, will charge you money and will not refund.
+ Es amplio y de estilo campestre. Fueron amables y nuestra inquietudes las resolvieron a tiempo.

- Las puertas tanto del baño como la entrada a la cabaña no son los más cómodos a la hora de cerrar
+ Trotz unserer sehr kurzfristigen Buchung wurden wir herzlich willkommen geheißen. Die Unterkünfte sind schön, nur etwas staubig.

+ Le lieu est beau, idéalement placé, calme et reposant. Les hôtes, Margaux et Mario, sont top : élégamment attentionnés côté français, et chaleureusement généreux côté colombien. Toujours disponibles pour partager de bons conseils, avec le sourire. Je recommande ++ : un petit coin de paradis où l’on se sent bien !

+ Uno de los alojamientos más bonitos en los que me he hospedado. Fue como visitar a unos amigos. Una casa maravillosamente acogedora, en plena naturaleza. Margo y Mario son increíblemente amables, ¡muchísimas gracias por todo!

+ So calm and the hosts Margo and Mario have the most beautiful energy. They are very knowledgeable about everything around. I loved that I felt so safe and it was so peaceful and relaxing. It’s close to everything but not loud or a party environment and that’s just what I needed.

+ El baño estaba precioso tal cual las fotos, la playa cercana, igual que buenos restaurantes y cafeterías, Margo y Mario muy amables, tiene una cocina acogedora qué se podía utilizar y guardar alimentos, muy seguro
+ La atención de las personas. Super atentas y pendientes de nosotras. La flexibilidad. Si bien el check out era a las 11, no permitieron estar un poco más debido a que teníamos que terminar de trabajar. El desayuno super rico y buenas recomendaciones nos hizo Margo.siempre estaba presta ayudarnos y sugerirnos cosas.
+ Super acceuil de Margaux et Mario, on se sent chez eux comme à la maison, ils sont de très bons conseils pour les informations sur la ville, on a partagé de supers repas et des moments chaleureux. Espaces propres dans une décoration full nature. À 5 min de la route principale (avec tous les restaurants, magasins) direction la plage qui permet une rapidité de déplacement mais dans un rue adjacente plus calme que directement sur la route principale, et c’est très appréciable. Les prix y sont tous doux. Merci pour tout !
