The room I got the fan wasn't working, he moved me to another room but the toilet wasn't working, the guy fixed it, still wasn't working, I took photos, the place is falling apart literally, it is dirty. There are stickers at the basin not to drink tap water, so I think things are really bad there. The restaurant had dirty tablecloths, those are oily and were washed and ironed which is a big no no. Never iron oil marks. The only good thing was the bed. The blinds were 5cm apart, so no privacy.

The staff wasn’t friendly at all, the bathroom was dirty, there weren’t atmosphere at all. Won’t recommend this this place if you are solo traveler

incredible location, literally right out front the entry to pamukkale and heirapolis. however sheets were dirty, toilet took hours to flush, and also i booked an 8 bed but was put in a 2 bed?? staff were reallt nice tho and let me keep my bags there after checkout

I was given a twin room instead of the double I booked. The toilet shot water out in to the bathroom when it was flushed. The water wasn't drinkable which would be fine if the kettle in the room wasn't filled with grime. I was offered coffee for 100 lira in the morning which was awful and came in a flimsy cup which spilled all over me. I was told incorect an incorrect time for the towngate centre and was told where to go for a taxistand with no taxis without an offer to call for one.

Great place to stay for the night in Pammukkale. It has seen better days. There is a strong smoke and sewer smell inside. The sheets had some hair on them. Just one night is fine.

hot showers, walking distance to the hot springs and hieropolis. it was the offseason, so not very social. also definitely had the previous person's hair and ash on the bedsheets, cleanliness was a bit of an issue. great location though.

I had a nice stay here. Big spacious room and very convenient location. It was convenient to get the dolmus to the Denizli Otogar to get the coach to my next destination. The park nearby was really lovely and was below the travantines.

Very comfortable. Easy to get to the bottom gate of the travertine, helpful staff and good beds. There is a restaurant on site and a lot of other eating options available. Good value for money, I stayed an extra night, it was so nice.

I recommend. Close to main site and restaurants. I had a private room with own bathroom with balcony. A/C worked fine and good wifi. Expect basic but in good confiant clean.

Ozbay Hotel is in a good location in Pamukkale within easy walking distance of the dolmuş stop and travertines/Hierapolis. Although a booked a larger dorm, I ended up sharing a smaller room with just one other female. The facilities were clean, tidy and warm. I would highly recommend Ozbay for a stay in Pamukkale.

the hotel was quite empty during our visit so we got upgraded to a private room. the owner was very helpful and was always available, even at 6 am to book us a taxi . the hotel is walking distance from the lower gate of the Tavertines.

Thought I was booking a hostel so was pleasantly surprised when I had a room to myself that was air conditioned. The place is in a really good location for the terraces

I’m sure that is the best Hotel of the area! Rooms are amazing! Good equipped with everything that you need! Comfortable bed, hot shower, air condition, nice terrace and in the room you have your own fridge and kettle to prepare your tea or coffee! They have as well a restaurant so you can try really tasty and good turkey food! And they sell wine from Pamukkale too🤟🏼 The staff is really nice, they are a family kind and helpful that will asses you and give you advice about tourism...

Très bien pour visiter Pamukkale! Située à deux minutes de l’entrée du site. Le personnel est adorable et fera au mieux pour que vous passiez un bon Sejour ! Il m’ont même proposé de rester plus longtemps sans payer.

Ubicación perfecta para pasar una o dos noches. El personal amable y muy limpio. Sería mejor la relación precio calidad, si el desayuno estuviera incluído.
