+ Tiene buena ubicación y cuenta con una habitación singular con vista al lago.
- Principalmente el trato del personal. Tienen muchos problemas en sus instalaciones y servicios, y el personal culpa a los huéspedes como afrontamiento defensivo ante pedidos de ayuda. Una de las trabajadoras de la mañana nos ha obligado a lavar los platos del desayuno, habiendo contratado una tarifa con desayuno incluido. El baño se tapaba múltiples veces pese a que nunca tiramos papel, y hemos tenido que destaparlo nosotros mismos en un par de oportunidades. El servicio de limpieza no pasó todos los días (se contrata eso), y tras mencionarlo (porque el cesto estaba lleno de papeles, un asco, y faltaba papel higiénico) quisieron excusarse diciendo que nosotros estábamos en la habitación (que no fue cierto). La bañera tiene hongos, los utensillos de la cocina están siempre sucios. No volvería.

- This is not a three star hotel or boutique as advertised? This is a hostel with odd rooms and bad furniture.
It’s very rare I leave a review, but this is a must. The hostel itself would get an overall three stars, but the customer service is below acceptable. They offer some tours with agencies they partner with, but provide zero information about the tours. When you have questions, they either don’t answer or dodge the question. I had a very heated argument with Manuel at the front desk, because I was about to miss out on a 55k tour due to their mistake and miscommunication.

- La habitación no es comoda,las almohadas incomodas,toallas pequeñas y no las cambian muy seguido,la pieza ni siquiera tenia una silla como para poner cosas,no habian colgadores suficiente.La ducha sin shampoo ni acondicionador.
+ Friendly staff. Convenient location. Easy check-in. The breakfast is enough for a snack. The common areas are comfortable. The kitchen is equipped for cooking. The presence of a small courtyard.
- Lack of amenities in the shower: There are absolutely no hooks or shelves for clothes in or around the shower stall. You have to leave clothes on the floor or try to hang them on protruding parts, which is extremely inconvenient and unhygienic. A strong sewer smell coming from the shower: It's simply unbearable. The room, and especially the shower, constantly suffuses a persistent and unpleasant sewage odor. To get rid of it, you need to open the front door and all the windows. Lack of ventilation: The room is stuffy, there is no supply or exhaust ventilation, which, combined with the odors, creates a very heavy atmosphere.
+ Estructura nueva, decoración, staff
- Estructuralmente el hostel es divino, pero en cuanto al servicio que oferece… ya no sé. Primero: al llegar, para nuestra habitación doble, abrí la puerta y me encontré con camas separadas, como si fuera una habitación twin. Ya ahí me decepcioné, pero bueno, cosas que pasan, fueron, las junatron y ta. Después, por la noche, no pude dormir. Se escucha TODO desde la calle. Lo mínimo que podrían haber hecho es poner doble ventana, considerando el TREMENDO ruido que hay. Todas las noches que estuvimos ahí dormimos mal. Había habitaciones con vista hacia el otro lado, incluso pedimos en recepción un cambio, pero solo se disculparon diciendo que no había disponibilidad y nada más. Al bajar para el DESAYUNO, otra decepción: NINGUNA fuente de proteína, NINGUNA. Mi pareja y yo al final tuvimos que ir al super y preparar nuestro propio desayuno todos los días, porque ahí solo hay medialunas, cereales, yogur con azúcar, café y pan. NI SIQUIERA QUESO! Nunca en mi vida vi un desayuno sin queso. O sea, si el desayuno está incluido, no cuenten con eso. Mejor comprarse algo aparte. Y ni hablar de las frutas: solo naranja y manzana. Después de un primer día largo y la decepción del desayuno, volvimos de noche y pensamos en poner una película para tapar un poco el ruido de afuera. Al intentar usar Netflix o Prime Video, ninguno funcionaba. La televisión tiene problemas de conexión y no se conecta al wifi para que se pueda usar las apps. Hablando del wifi: en nuestro piso es inestable. Si necesitás usarlo para una meeting, lo más seguro es que tengas que bajar, porque en la habitación no funciona bien, estuvimos con datos en varios momentos. Todas las noches tuvimos que dormir con la ventana cerrada por el TREMENDO ruido exterior (en Bariloche hay muchas motos con escape libre).

- El colchón y la cama eran incomodos
Personeel laat wat te wensen over, loopt bij inchecken niet mee om de kamer te laten zien en zegt niet uit zichzelf gedag als je langs loopt. Kamer aan de voorkant was erg luidruchtig door de weg en gordijn liet viel licht door. Na vier nachten kwamen we erachter dat er luiken waren om het licht tegen te gaan, dit had ook door het personeel verteld mogen worden. Ontbijt bevat weinig voedzame keuzes. Kamer is verder netjes en fijne badkamer met goede warme douche. Goede locatie!
The front room was very noisy, the door was too wide and the curtain left a lot of light. After four nights we found out that there were locks to prevent light, this had also been told by the staff. Breakfast contains few food choices. The room is also clean and nice bathroom with good hot shower. Good location.

- La cama me pareció un poco incómoda y para subir la escalera se movía y hacía bastante ruido, lo que puede ser molesto para los demás huéspedes. Además, no dan jabón para la ducha. Por lo demás, excelente.

+ Me pareció una muy buena experiencia, el cuarto esta bien, el baño es amplio y ducha también. El hostel tiene varios espacios comunes para poder estar, la cocina es amplia, el desayuno es muy bueno y variado, las chicas que atienden siempre bien predispuestas a resolver y ayudar, la cercanía al centro. Volvería.
- En la habitación de 4 camas lo único que le estaría faltando es alguna ventilación al exterior, para poder airear un poco más el cuarto. Pero no hace nada con respecto al resto de las comodidades.

Se solicitó en la habitación 2 la limpieza de la ducha ya que se encontraba tapado el desagüe y rebalsaba Lo tuvo que hacer mi compañero sacando todos los pelos trabados en la boca de desagüe En cuanto al desayuno se le podría agregar huevos, en otros hostel de menor puntuación ofrecen huevos revueltos en el desayuno El espacio y ambiente del lugar súper bien. La gente muy agradable
I requested in room 2 the cleaning of the shower as the drain was covered and it was bouncing It had to be done by my partner pulling out all the hairs stuck in the drain mouth As for the breakfast you could add eggs, in other hostels with lower scores they offer scrambled eggs for breakfast The space and atmosphere of the place is super good.

- Le personnel de l'auberge. Le peu d'ambiance.
+ The location is great, the hostel is very clean and comfortable, private toilets for each dorm room, big lockers, privacy curtains and in general it just feels like a hotel with dorm rooms, for the price you pay it's a really good value in my opinion.
- There was a leakage problem in the shower that was annoying at night, but it wasn't anything horrible.
