I found hairs in my bed. A towel that wasn't mine was in my room. The air conditioning button wasn't working properly. There were lots of mosquitoes. The showers were full of limescale. I've stayed in plenty of hostels, but this one is awful! The kitchen and common areas are neglected. Everything is falling apart here.

On dirait un hostel abandonné, on était 3 voyageurs au total. La propreté des salles de bain laisse vraiment à désirer… Si vous voulez être tranquille c’est l’endroit parfait en revanche.

The place is huge with almost nobody which feels very strange. During your stay you will not see anyone from the hostel because there is no reception. It is not really clean. However, they are quite reactive by messages.

a ver, intentaron algo con esa idea de recepción a distancia pero el resultado es triste. llegué y no había nadie para acogerme, lo que en un hostal no tiene mucho sentido. tengo que poner una nota sobre la atención recibida. pues qué atención, no había nadie.para pagar me dijeron esperar a un empleado el día siguiente que pasó a las 10h30 por lo tanto no pude empezar mi día antes de dicha hora. haber hecho una recepción normal. la puerta permanecía abierta siempre, no tienen control...

this hostel operates with no staff on site. you can msg them on whatsapp if u need anything. only 1 other guest was staying at the entire hostek and he wasnt a backpacker so the place is quite deserted. not very clean overall

Leider hat bei uns die Dusche nicht funktioniert. Das Bad wirkte nicht sehr sauber. Alles in allem eher ungepflegt. Die Lage ist jedoch gut.

Bett war sehr unbequem, Federn vom Gestell stachen durch, Bad war ziemlich dreckig, Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Bel hostel bien placé mais il n’y avait personne, pas de réception, seulement 2 autres voyageurs dans l’hostel. Ambiance très vide

La cocina no tenia luz . Cocina incomplet y que no funcionaba a. Las habitaciones eran en otro sitio a dos cuadras de su oficina. No te mostraban los lugares del alojamiento. Piesas cocinas terrazas etc.

Bathrooms were not clean and not well stocked on toilet paper. Dorm was fine! The owner responded very quickly to messages and was very friendly and helpful.

Muy bien ubicada en centro histórico de Campeche

Leider hat bei uns die Dusche nicht funktioniert. Das Bad wirkte nicht sehr sauber. Alles in allem eher ungepflegt. Die Lage ist jedoch gut.

Propre, propriétaire gentil. Plus un dortoir qu'une auberge.

We stayed in the private room for 4 people (there were three of us). The location of the building was excellent. Our room and the bathroom were really big which was nice. However the beds were quite uncomfortable and what was very unfortunate were the facilities - the fridge in the common area wasnt working, nor was the washing machine and dryer That were in the building. We were expecting the fridge to be there and brought some food which we then couldnt store. Otherwise the stay was ok.

Cheap and clean room for 4 people but the bed are not very comfortable. Ok for one night.

Nice place! Not many hostels to choose from in Valladolid but it was lovely the volunteers were so nice and the free yoga / kitchen / garden was fab. There’s no real atmosphere but we only stayed a few days. The biggest problem is the dog which bit two people whilst we were there :(

It is not an hostel how you would imagine. It is more like a cheap hotel. The rooms are fine even though the mattress was awful. It's fine if you need to stay for a day and you're traveling with a group of people. I wouldn't recommend it to solo travellers

The private room was excellent - really big and clean. The guy who checked us in was really nice and gave good recommendations. We were in the building 2 blocks down from the main hostel building - they should utilise the kitchen in the other building so you can cook and not have to walk back to the main hostel. Also the freezer wasn't working :(
