Simple Beach Lodge

My purse was stolen by a staff member here whilst in the restaurant late morning. After repeatedly asking all day and getting the manager down in the evening, the staff member magically found it in the sand but the cash was missing. Didn't say anything further as was glad to have card back. Genuinely think manager is a good guy, he helped look everywhere but the male staff member can't be trusted. Nice setting but needs major addressing of theft/security/music issues to be worth recommending

Music all night

Place pour le party! Chambre climatisé très petite , avons dû insister pour avoir des serviettes..déchirées! Nous avions réservé pour 5 nuits, on a quitté après 2 ! DJ jusqu à 2 h du matin!! Propriétaire très arrogant!! Au moins on a réussi à se faire rembourser… C est LA place de party !

sehr gute lage, jedoch eine unfreundliche mitarbeiterin, welche absolut keine lust hatte, uns bei jeglichen anliegen zu unterstützen. die klimaanlage funktionierte nicht und ein aufstellbares gerät war viel zu laut, um schlafen zu können. leider keine erholung möglich.

Die Location direkt am Strand ist Mega aber der große Schlafraum ist extrem dreckig, vorallem das Bad, und voll mit Fiechern… außerdem ist nebenan eine sehr laute Bar die bis 2 Uhr nachts Musik spielt. Es ist allgemein halt einfach ein Party Hostel.

Los desayunos los realizan pasados de las 7 a.m., no tenian cafe para los huésped, mejorar atención al cliente de parte de los meseros.

It's a regular hostel. The rooms are not so clean, always full of sand. There's no locker for you to keep your stuff.

You get what you pay for! Dorm room hot but fine, location great and food tasty and reasonable. However, a party bus arrived from Leon and it was VERY loud until 2am ish. They should have told us about this at the time of booking. Plus no lock on the dorm room and no lockers either, so not sure how safe we or our belongings were.

Had belongings go missing here and when I approached the the staff to locate them they claimed they didn’t know where they were. Only when I asked to speak to the manager two hours later my items magically appeared from behind a box in the private kitchen shown to me by the staff who earlier claimed they didn’t know where they were. These were hidden and not in the lost and found. The owner arrived and got very aggressive with me obviously because they had been caught out. Would not recommen...

Right by the beach. Kind staff. The food is good. Beds comfortable and private in the dorm. Good party on Tuesdays.

Great hostel! Shout out to José and Alfredo who were brilliant while we were there. The food is also fantastic

My favourite hostel!! The bar staff and volunteers are all so great and make you feel like a family. Great food, cocktails and sunsets. See you soon! X

Lo único que puedo añadir como sugerencia es la resolución de los problemas con el agua o la luz,ya que en el caso del agua tardo prácticamente un día en resolverse el problema

The hostel itself was really nice, rooms are good with enough fans but toilet wasn't cleaned once for the two days I stayed there with the bin full of toilet papera going out so the cleanliness of the dorms wasn't good. Then I felt personal wasn't bothered at all to help guests a part of the guy that is always been really nice! For the price and little night was overall good!

Music all night

At 10pm every night we stayed, the downstairs of the property became a club, the music was unbearably loud until 2am and we couldn't sleep. The location is good and there's a nice restaurant, but I would recommend visiting this place in the daytime and not staying here. The room was nice and had a sea view, it is just a huge shame about the loud music, making for a terrible nights sleep

We loved our stay here, feels a bit like paradise, because the hostel is literally on the beach, you can wake up and go downstairs foot in sand, the rooms are so cute and cozy like a small wood cabin with private bathrooms, that was more than we expected. The hostel is also a bar/restaurant so you can enjoy the social aspect of being mixed with customers, we loved going in the ocean 20meters from the hostel, good atmosphere! There’s no kitchen and staff is not that much organized…

Super location directly at the beach. Super fun to stay for a few days and spent your time surfing or chilling. Dorm room didn’t have enough outlets and fans though.

It was worth paying a little bit more for the only room with balcony! The breeze is awesome. Generally good deal, there is surfing in front, although the food we ordered for breakfast (quesadilla) was almost inedible. Also it was super loud all night until 3am at least from a neighboring bar...

We stayed in a private room which was nice. Right on the beach with the sound of the waves putting you to sleep! There aren’t a ton of options for food nearby so you kind of have to order at the restaurant which is kinda expensive. Service was a bit slow, but that’s the lifestyle here. Surf lessons right next store.

I absolutely loved the place!! Right at the beach, great and cheap food. Perfect for surfing stay
