Attitude of staff in handling complaints

The rooms are so small n no tooth brushes!! Even in 3 stars they give tooth brush. But after i complaint about the rooms has bugs which i have taken the picture also then for that they gave me a brush n paste in a pack for free, they charge 5AED. But didnt like there atmosphere.. hyatt is lil expensive but very convenient n easy n all ameneties available. Would never go other place. Or rather sheikh zayd road barsha all of them are good.
