Lagarza Hostel

+ No nos quedamos ni una sola noche....es super lejos d la capital y/o aeropuerto ....el camino desde la entrada al hostal malo con muchas piedras grandes y bien rústico....el automóvil al salir se barrió de un lado en la cuesta para salir pues patino y tuvimos por nuestra seguridad...ahí tienen q ir vehículos 4 × 4 q tengan fuerza para el empuje ..los servicios sanitarios en la habitacion son si techo y al aire libre y no a todo el mundo le gusta eso....no nos quedamos ni una noche y el dueño en ningún momento dio cara...no apareció y estaba allí....nos cobraron 3 noche sin quedarnos ni una.....se nos devolvió 2 noches....pero el servicio y la empatia del gerente y dueño fue pésima....la playa no es playa....el oleaje es fuerte, demasiado y mucha piedra....viajo mucho y soy d un país con playa hermosas....y lo q ofrece éste señor no es lo q quiere aparentar en fotos....mucho cuidado....en definitiva NO LO RECOMIENDO....tuvimos una experiencia única d lo fatal q fue....

- Todo....pero sobretodo a la actitud del gerente u dueño.....un buen ser humano no hace eso...Dios tenga piedad de él cuando tenga q dar cuentas....

- This place is down a steep dirt road, spoty internet, nowhere close to buy anything; you need either a 4x4 or a motorcycle....I cancelled the booking on site after realizing that if it rained I would be stranded and most likely miss my plane....no way to call q taxi....very expensive to call one

+ Que tiene acceso a la playa

- Que nos dieron un cuarto y luego nos sacaron de alli por una equivocacion dijeron pero la verdad fue muy desagradable eso y desidi irme a otro lado y no dieron devolucion del dinero la verdad eso fue pesimo

+ Las instalaciones son bonitas, pero los precios son demasiado elevados.

- Dos chicas que trabajan allá me dijeron que los autobuses pasan cada 15 minutos, pero resultó que tuve que esperar 3 horas a que pasase el siguiente bus. Para recibirte todo muy bien, pero cuando vas a salir eso es lo que hicieron. TODO EL MUNDO en el pueblo sabe que los autobuses en domingo no pasan tan seguido y ellas también lo sabían. Simplemente me dieron la razón y me dejaron salir del hotel.

+ Una de las empleadas trato de ayudarme con agua con hielo porque llevé a mi mascota y casi le da golpe de calor. Creo que hay gente muy dispuesta al servicio alli. Lo demás nada me gustó! 👎🏼.Además mala política de servicio al cliente por parte de la administración del lugar. Si no pueden dar el servicio que ofrecen de la manera que se ofrece, deberían dar al cliente alguna solución.

- No recomiendo el lugar. Lamento comentar que el lugar no es lo amplio y cómodo que aparece en las fotos, el mantenimiento es malísimo, el acceso al lugar fatal y la playa no es parte de las instalaciones. Este día no había energía eléctrica y me retire del lugar con mi familia ya que no había aire acondicionado en la habitación y son bastantes incómodas porque son muy encerradas, consulte si podía solicitar un reembolso parcial y me dijeron que la administración dijo que por política no lo podía hacer . Yo no recomiendo el lugar. Señores de Booking, el lugar está sobrevalorado para lo que ofrece.

+ The private beach and pool area are gorgeous

- Despite being a stunning location the vibes are really off, both with staff and guests it’s a bit odd. By no means were expecting party party (nor would have wanted this) but there’s an unfriendliness very unlike anywhere else in El Salvador. The staff should do less back to back shifts as they’re clearly exhausted resulting in their grumpiness. We’d requested bottom bunks due to both members of our party suffering from injuries which was refused as first come first served. I understand this but we made the request days in advance so some effort to accommodate would’ve been welcomed. The bus schedule was completely incorrect for our onward journey and information staff gave was all contradictory to one another as well as published schedule which created some frustration on leaving too. Food is also really expensive and salty but your only other option is the papusaria or burger spot down the road which close pretty early and a sketchy walk back in the dark. You’re essentially forced to pay the US prices for poor food as you’re stuck here.

+ The dormitory was very comfortable and presented immaculately. The staff went the extra mile with preparing me a take away breakfast due to leaving early. Great cocktails!

+ Very nice hostel, the decoration and the food was very good. shout out to Reyna who helped me a lot to found a driver.

- Not all the staff was in a good mood maybe 2 girls wasn’t enjoying helping me and i was waiting for a answer she never came back to me

+ La piscina infinity con sus vistas a la playa, la cama de 135 con cortinas, escuchar el mar desde mi cama y la amabilidad del personal.

+ Our stay here was amazing, the hostel is excellent value for money (you pay more for a lot less in El Tunco). You have access to a sandy beach which is quite quiet and a beautiful pool with a view. Beds were the comfiest and AC whenever someone was in the room.

- More suggestions than criticisms: Some vegan options on the menu would be great, and I feel like the hostel should offer a tuktuk to and from the main road with all your bags since it’s quite a walk in the heat.

+ The property was absolutely lovely, beautifully situated in a peaceful cove with access to a private beach. The rooms were spacious with cozy, comfortable beds, and there were plenty of bathrooms available. There were also many areas throughout the hostel to relax, unwind, or enjoy the sun. The food was spectacular, offering a wide variety of options. The pool was clean, and the hostel features a range of room choices to suit different needs.

+ Au calme loint de la route, juste le chant des oiseaux dans le jardin trés verdoyant et le bruit des vagues. La piscine à débordement est top et la vue magnifique. Les hamacs sont super pour chiller. Les lits dans le dortoir sont immenses en 140, super confort avec lampe individuelle, prise électrique et certains avec vue sur l'océan ! Les meilleurs lits en dortoir que j'ai pu tester ! La nourriture y est bonne et le personnel agréable. Après y avoir passé une super semaine , j ai booké mon dernier séjour de 10 nuits labas ! J'ai loué une moto pour bouger facilement.
