Bedbugs. Old bed linen.

Le lendemain de notre nuit dans cet hôtel nous nous sommes rendus compte que nous nous étions fait piquer par des punaises de lit… Nous en avons informé l’hôtel qui a nié en bloc et qui n’a apporté aucun compensation. De plus les chambres sont minuscules, sans fenêtre, sales, avec douches et toilettes à partager avec les mêmes problèmes d’hygiène.

I felt sick after a night in the room without a window but seemingly moldy ventilation that couldn't get turned off. Nose was stuck, but fine outside. Slept in my clothes because there was still hair on the sheets. Found a dirty tissue underneath the bed.

I got bedbugs. Woke up two days in a row cover in tracks of very itchy and large welts. The shower was cold on my first day and I could here all of the other guests...crying babies, cell phones calls through out the night. My room had no windows which I'm not even sure is legal. My bed was pressed up against three walls and column was smack in the middle of the fourth.

lanverdad lo que pagas es lo que tienes y ya sabia a lo que atemia, la primera noche se me comian los chinches o no se lo que era me picaba el cuerpo , no hay ascensor y los chinos te atienden como tal, si quieres quedar bien no se te ocurra ir pero si vas solo y todo te da igual alli estaras en tu salsa yo voy a estos sitios porque ea casi lo mismo dormir en el coche, pero ahi tienes mas calefaccion y puedes estirar las piernas

My room had NO WINDOW (is this legal?), no light fixture (just a naked bulb) and the “desk” was a plastic folding chair. The bathrooms (shared) were no better. The walls were paper thin and anyone talking anywhere on the floor sounded like they were in my room. When checking the sheets for bedbugs (I didn’t find any) I found three different places on the sheets with BROWN STAINS (like, not that had been washed. Whatever it was was still flaking off!!)) I returned to the desk immediately and he told me they had no more rooms. I settled for new sheets. This hotel would have been acceptable at $30/night… but absolutely unacceptable at $160/night.

The bed was the firmest bed I have ever laid on; felt like laying on the sidewalk. The room was also very hot with limited airflow, even though we were told there was central air. We also came home with bedbugs.

Rooms were very outdated and cheap. First thing I checked was if there were any bed bugs and surprisingly there were none. The sheets on bed were just so old that it didn’t matter if they were clean or not we put a hoodie in top of pillows and slept with our clothes on. The walls need some drywall job and there were tons of cigarette burns around that old table. Just makes you wonder what else been on this table lol. The curtains were some old burgundy velour. If you want to save money on a room I think you’ll regret on this choice.

When we arrived, a Tennant was complaining about bed bug bites and made sure to show everyone. It gave us bad vibes and when we saw the room, it was like a closet. The sheets were also poor quality.

A bedbug was found on my bed when I woke up… I asked for refund but the hotel refused and just said “unfortunate”. But the hotel was actually dirty, even the linens were not washed well, which color was turned yellow. Besides drier was not equipped in the hotel. The wall was thin so that noise outside was heard.

Encontré bichitos en la habitación. Le hice foto con el móvil y el google lens me indicó que eran chinches. Avisé en recepción y me cambiaron toda la ropa de cama y me dieron un spray antimosquitos e higienizante, pero ni se limpió la habitación, ni se ventiló, ni nada de nada. La calefacción por las noches era asfixiante y había que dormir con la puerta abierta. El personal de limpieza era amable aunque no entendían nada de inglés, y el personal de recepción, según, las mujeres eran amables, pero un hombre (joven) fue bastante desagradable y maleducado cuando le pedí una almohada extra porque las que habían eran delgadísimas.
