+ Really bad experience, very rude and also i have arranged a taxi with the hotel and it just didn’t arrived, i had a bad time
+ The volunteers were kind
- Bad: rats in dining area, immigration arrested hostel staff for selling illegal nitrous ( photo attached), pee coming out of showers and sinks for 5 days, Lied about how many bedrooms were inside room (27 bedrooms), Hostel owners were unprofessional and screaming at each other in front of guests.

- We sliepen met 16 mensen op 1 kamer. Dit stond nergens vermeld tijdens het boeken. Het leek op een gehuurde tent waar ze even snel 32 mensen kwijt konden. 16 op de begane grond en 16 op de 1e verdieping. Voor deze 32 mensen waren 3 toiletten. Ook uit de douches kwam geel water. Het linnen goed was vies en zaten vlekken op en ook het dekbed was helemaal gescheurd. We zijn naar de eigenaar gegaan met al onze klachten en zijn ontzettend slecht geholpen. Er werd ons een refund beloofd in overleg met de eigenaar, maar nu we eenmaal door zijn gaan reizen naar een andere locatie en ook nu pas communicatie kregen met booking kon de eigenaar makkelijk zeggen hier geen gehoor aan te geven. Ook booking.com helpt je dus helemaal niet. Al met al helemaal niet aan te raden! Wij waren genoodzaakt om eerder uit het hostel te vertrekken!

Sehr unsauberes und kleines Zimmer, das Bad war kaum Benutzt und es war nicht mal Klo Papier drin. Das Zimmer war direkt an der Straße vor einer Leuchttafel, so war es nie richtig Dunkel. Fairer weise muss man die gute Lage im Zentrum Loben👍
Very unkempt and small room, the bathroom was barely used and there was not even toilet paper in it. the room was directly on the street in front of a lamppost, so it was not really dark. fairer way one has to the good location in the center of Loben👍
Diese Einrichtung geht überhaupt nicht. Das sind Menschenunwürdige Verhältnisse. Duschen sind komplett verschimmelt,alles dreckig und die Besitzer sind komplett unfreundlich und beleidigen sogar.
This facility doesn't work at all. these are inhuman conditions. showers are completely foul, everything is dirty and the owners are completely unfriendly and even insulting.
+ La ubicación y el área del bar están muy buenas. Aire acondicionado muy bien.
- Nos tocó habitación mixta (sin numero de camas en descripción), la cual se ubicaba en un garage pasando la calle, había que cruzar una habitación entera de 16 camas, y subiendo la escalera estaban otras 16 camas. Fue como alojarse en otro lugar, 3 baños minúsculos para 30 personas, camas incómodas. Creo que en una habitación en el hostel mismo habría sido otra la suerte.
+ Great location, close to full moon party, food, laundry services, great A/C
- Worst mattress I've slept on and very loud hostel. Definitely worth staying here for a couple nights if you only want to party all night long. I couldn't get decent sleep here and ended up leaving early while getting charged for the full overpriced stay.

- Nicht nobel, es reicht aber zum low-budget backpacken.
+ The staff were very nice and gave me a partial refund.
- Definitely not worth the price, the hostel was empty with the beds being thin and curtains not fully covering them. I understand the full moon was not on but I do think if advertised as a social hostel something should still be provided or staff should try to speak to you etc. When I checked in it felt very odd and spooky I checked out not long after.

- The lockers big, but even my 40 liters backpack didn’t fit. So you had to let it next to the bed which is a little problem when you have an upper bed.
