On multiple nights around 1:00 AM, staff members entered the 8-bed dorm, turned on the lights, sat three together on one bed drinking alcohol, talking loudly on the phone, and laughing. They refused to turn the lights off and completely ignored guests who were trying to sleep. They showed no respect for paying customers. This is extremely unprofessional behavior.

Avis completEasy to find, nice manager, good English speakers Men in the female dorm area, unsafe, people kept trying to open my door when sleeping. Bad smell throughout stay and could smell previous occupant when I arrived, hairs still present from previous occupant. Very thin walls and cockroaches inside room.

Avis completThe location is good if you want to be near Khao San Road. It was very dirty and unsanitary and the room was not cleaned before we checked in, we asked for cleaning products to clean the room but we never received them. The communal bathrooms and our private bathroom were filled with vomit and faeces. Our room was given away to someone else but we only found this out after we opened the room door and he was sat on the bed. The hostel is very run down and it doesn't look like the pictures and it has a weird smell to it mixed with the smell of weed. The building is not soundproof at all which makes it hard to sleep. The final straw was waking up to no running water so we were unable to wash, use the toilet etc. Even though the rooms are cheap they don't fit human basic needs, there are much better hostels for only a fraction more nearby.
