    The washroom and bed were perfect for Camino travellers. Great shower. Great location. This is more of a hotel rather than a hostal or Albergue and I think that was the challenge. There were other guests arriving to their rooms late at night making a lot of noise. The real frustration was that one of the guests left a dog in their room while out for the evening. The dog barked constantly until about 1025 when we assume the owner returned. I messaged on this website’s platform at about 910 pm, then twice more after that with no answer until later. My WhatsApp message was also unsuccessful. As most pilgrims we go to bed between 8-9 and in this case that did not work out which was frustrating. Upon check out I asked for a portion of a refund and was met with that I was threatening a bad review for money so that did not help. I was also told the noise ended at 8; which simply was not accurate in a bunch of ways. I did not engage further as it was clearly not going to be a useful effort. So, we moved on to the next place and will enjoy our trip. First negative experience in over 70 hostal/Albergue stays.
