I woke up in the morning of my first night with a red neck and arm fully of bites, I didn't figure out what it was, until the second day in the morning with more bites on my face, I found bed bugs below my pilow and on the bed side, I went directly to the reception with photos and a short video, a rude employee just kept saying this in not bed bugs, just normal bugs !! just she doesn't care to what happened to me at all !!! I asked to leave the hostel and to refund my stay, she said all I can do is to change your room later, here's an email address and you can write to your complain! I wrote an email immediately, I got an answer few hours later, it was a customer care manager, she appologied and said that she will refund the cost of washing my clothes and medication. I sent the receipts and nothing happened since then, they don't reply to my emails anymore and nothing is refunded !

Good hostel overall and very friendly staff. But awoke everyday with bites all over me, possibly from bed bugs. There is also a hidden city tax of €30 per person upon arrival which isn’t fully disclosed in the booking. Still a good location and value for a lower priced hostel.

The room was not clean and even though they give you clean sheets, the towel and duvet were stained. The room smelled bad and the bathroom was not clean and had this sewage smell constantly. VERY IMPORTANT, I GOT BITTEN BY BED BUGS. NO RECOMMENDED

Vermutlich Bettwanzen in Zimmer 2411. Meine Kollegin hatte nach dem Aufenthalt juckende Bissstellen. Außerdem seltsam knisternder Bezug der Matratze, der auch für zusätzliche Wärme (und dadurch für zu viel Wärme) gesorgt hat und nicht sehr bequem war. (Die anderen beiden Zimmer, die wir gebucht hatten, waren okay und sauber.)

The bed location in the room is very uncomfortable and our room had a bedbug problem.

Que había chinches en las camas (vimos al menos 5, tengo como 27 picaduras por todo el cuerpo), además de que el suelo estaba sucio, incluso había una loncha de queso en el suelo.

I’ve been bitten to bits by bed bugs. I made a complaint to an English girl on the desk and upon my return home and complaint to booking.com they are now saying no complaint was made. It’s disgusting the way I’ve been treated. I wasn’t able to sleep for over a week because my skin felt like it was on fire, I’ve spent stupid amounts on creams to soothe the pain and itchiness. I paid nearly £400 and been shunned by the property who don’t want to know and are acting like they had no idea, when it was clearly reported. It has massively scared me from booking another trip anywhere because I cannot go through this again, it’s been terrible, 2 weeks later it has only just started to ease. Terrible, terrible terrible. Feel let down and disgusted with the lack of sympathy or acknowledgement of the matter at hand.

Al llegar a la habitación nos encontramos con que una de las camas está sin limpiar y con las sábanas de otro huésped anterior. Nada más llegar nos dicen que si les valoramos bien en internet nos dan una bebida gratis, a lo que nosotras aceptamos y al hacerlo leemos que hay más de 100 comentarios sobre la presencia de chinches desde hace 6 años por lo que decidimos hacer el check out e irnos sin pasar la estancia y al comunicárselo al encargado no se muestran sorprendidos ni extrañados.

We stayed in a room with two double bed (which in readily wre two beds together) and a private bathroom. The room itself was clean but we walls were not. The fire alarm rang 3 times furing the Saturday night: once at 4:40 am, and another two times at 5 am. On Sunday night it rang AGAIN. The walls are thin and you can hear everything that is going on the neighbour rooms. We had to listen to a couple having some huge argument where the girl was shouting "СУКЯ БЛЯДЬ" in nonestop and the guy would scream " Mamma mía!". Also, the bed bugs. We got bitten by some bugs while sleeping so we has to watch our clothes on 60 degrees when we came back home to skip bringing any possible bugs in our backpacks... The employees look dead.

Bon emplacement mais auberge qui fait très "usine", impersonnelle et très bruyante. En entrant dans la chambre, j'ai trouvé deux blattes écrasées et dès la première nuit j'ai été piquée par des punaises de lit (piqures et traces suspectes sur mes draps + sur les rideaux). Je l'ai signalé, on m'a changé de chambre mais sans prendre plus de mesures pour les autres occupantes. La literie n'était pas en bon état, les draps étaient troués, pas de taie d'oreiller.

Bed bugs, dirty rooms and incompetent staff. Never agai!

This Hostel is just mediocre. The room was total jadedness comes with a tiny bathroom. Moreover the beds had bedbugs and during my stay, the heater had rattling noise for hours. Complained about that at the reception but however they don’t really cared. Can not really recommend this place.
