Amy 2 Hostel Hue

The staff are great, so is the location. But the girls dorm has bed bugs. Wish someone had mentioned this in the reviews so I could be warned. It’s very affordable but not worth the itchiness of the bed bugs bites. Also, the rooms don’t look as nice as the photos are showing. But the bathroom is pretty clean.

Er zat schimmel aan de gordijnen en het zag er heel armoedig uit. Ik ben eerder uitgecheckt.. locatie is wel perfect

Het hostel was volgeboekt en het hotel waar ik daarna naartoe begeleid werd was erg vervallen en vies. Ben daar na 5 minuten vertrokken en heb me geld ook niet terug gezien. Laat in de avond opzoek naar een nieuw hostel dan maar

Because breakfast wasn't included in my room rate the reception lady at the front counter asked me to buy it separately. but for a white female guest in same situation this reception lady offered to change the white guests room rate to include breakfast ( bcos that's cheaper than buying breakfast separately at menu prices which the reception lady made me do ). I feel she discriminated me ( maybe bcos I am dark skinned ) by asking me to pay for the same service than the white guest .

This hostel was cheap but very run down and not the cleanest. Stayed in a 6 bed, en-suite, mixed dorm which could do with a freshen up. The bed curtains were see through and had mildew, plus the shower/toilet room wasn’t the cleanest - rusty, no shower head holder, mould in corners. Lockers under the beds but the itself didn’t lock. Comfy beds, very nice staff and a good location but cannot recommend if you’re looking for a clean, sociable hostel.

Definitely not a fan of this hostel but it has everything if your just planning to stay for a day. Comfy beds with curtains which are see through but not so social and they don’t organize any activities unfortunately

Looked like a good hostel but turned us away at the door at 8 pm after we reserved a room through website. They said “two bookings came in at the same time” but tried to refer us to another hotel. It’s frustrating when hotels clearly overbook to try to refer people to another hotel they didn’t want. Beware the bait and switch

I don’t recommend this hostel, the only positive point is the location and the breakfast which was really good. I had a bad experience with staff, not flexible at all (asking 3% for pay with the card) and the laundry service. They gave me back the clothes without telling me that one dress was still dirty. When I checked by myself and I found out the stain they didn’t apologize or propose a discount, just added excuses being impolite.

Honnêtement je ne me suis pas sentie très bien dans cet hostel. La chambre n’était pas très propre (sol, salles de bain), niveau sécurité on pouvait accéder à notre chambre très facilement depuis la rue et la porte ne fermait pas à clé. + Le personnel est sympathique et il y a de l’eau filtrée à disposition

There were some mosquitoes in my room, but apart from that this is a fabulous place - very friendly and helpful staff, phenomenal location and highly recommended!

The staff (Liza & Chloë) were very friendly. They helped me with the booking of a sleeper buss. The accommodation looked good and it was located in the city center. The only thing that was strange is that when I locked the room door and my roommate didn't have a key, they asked me for the key. Surely they are supposed to have a spare key for every room in case of emergency..

Met amazing hosts Lisa and Chloe, Both were so kind and I had an amazing breakfast in the morning. Thank you SO SO much Chloe (Nguyen) for being so kind and showing the best spots in Hue for food and sites to see, you are truly a very special person. One of my favourite hostels with the kindest people I wish I could’ve extended my stay :(( I will definitely come back to Visit when I’m next in Vietnam Love from London💘💘

Prima hostel voor 1 nachtje als overstap. Kamer niet heel schoon… gewoon beetje een gekke vibe, maar de locatie was fijn. Ook wel fijn dat er een ruimte is beneden om te zitten + bar.

Very good hostel ! Confortable dorms, good location, and common area where you can buy coffee and food. Also very friendly and helpfull staff ! Thank you Lisa for taking good care of us !

Beds have curtains which is great, but the lights are right over some of the bunkbeds so if anyone comes in and accidentally turns them on you will be woken up. Everything was clean, but the drains smelt in the bathrooms. Wouldn’t say this is a very social hostel, but the location is good and beds are comfy.

Staff were super useful, everything was clean. Good location but do need to get something like a grab or rent a bike to get to the main tourist attractions. But that’s for most hostels around.

Decent hostel

It was nice to sleep 2 nights. The workers are the best, they helped me booking my bus to my next city. The hostel is not social.

Great value for money. The included breakfast was amazing. Good location, right in the heart of the bustling bar and restaurant area of Hue. Lovely staff and nice comfortable beds. Only thing was the bathroom and shower situation - they had only one or two per dorm room.

Het was een prettig hostel, en ik ben uitstekend geholpen door het personeel. Ontbijt was ook prima.

So for the price very nice
