Terrible place, was told I could get a refund in a week but when I enquired they weren’t responsive

I thought the stay was awful full of Italian staff were rude wasn’t clean and didn’t feel comfy in the environment won’t be back

Got to the hostel, told they had double booked, then she said she wasn’t, took payment, then informed me there was no bed but I could stay on the settee in the common area, I had no other choice Perth was totaly booked up, I thought I would go for a walk and stay out late so maybe I could get a few hours, came back early hours of the morning settee was full so in essence had no where to sleep for the night!

My friends and I stayed here for three nights. The first two nights were fine, but the final night (Saturday) was a serious disappointment. If you are looking for a quiet or even reasonably peaceful stay on weekends, choose somewhere else. Staff told me noise is “always hard to control” on Fridays and Saturdays. After I raised a concern, a resident openly mocked and intimidated me by encouraging others to “shush” me in the common area. Guests should not feel harassed for asking for basic...

Staff is nice, people are nice, but there are way too many people so it is a mess as a result. Lots of people talking loud out at night close to the dorms. Some gaz oven are dangerous as we don't know if it's open or closed. Fridges are at the fullest... Be prepred to be woken up by the light or the noise early and late as there are too many people per dorms. It must be a good rentable plan for the owner...

posto di mrd, non andateci per nessun motivo al mondo. ho prenotato in sede un mese prima e, una volta arrivato mi è stato detto "mi dispiace, ma il nostro software non ha rilevato la tua prenotazione, quindi te ne devi andare". ho dovuto dormire per strada e pagare 400 euro in piu (avevo prenotato per un mese!). Ambiance au seins de l’auberge vraiment pas top, rien de propice au rencontre avec les voyageurs. Arriver avec aucun acceuil personne n’explique le fonctionnement, a soit de ce debrouiller seul. Le personnel devrait revoir ses façons de parler au client. Je ne recommande vraiment pas.

Unclean place, small and inadequate rooms for a long stay guests, confused common areas. on my arrival the bed was not worthy of being presented for a guest who paid, sheets looked used by others. during my stay got bedbugs. I don't recommend this place.

Super Hostel, situation au top à 15min de marche du centre du CBD, entrée sécurisée, dortoirs ou chambres partagés plutôt grandes avec rangements mais pas de casier à clés. Cependant on se sent en sécurité, le personnel et bienveillant et on se sent comme à la maison ! Douches et sanitaires mixtes ou non au choix et propres ! La cuisine est grande et les parties extérieures sont vraiment agréable, vraiment je recommande l’expérience

Doors unlocked, have to pay for key. Staff didnt even know I was staying there Staff come in and clean before 10am meaning you cannot shower, or even get out of bed. Overall staff seemed depressed. Wont return

This is a busy and crowded long term hostel with bare bones provisions. We were in a private room but it was just a small brick room with no a/c or tv and 1 outlet. Had to leave the window open to get air which would have been abrasive if it hasn’t been cool out, but meant we could hear people outside. The bed was busted and uncomfortable, nothing was clean and reception was open at weird hours, but nice enough when they were there. Bathrooms not centrally located and had to cross busy kitchen...

the best hostel in perth

Good hostel for Perth, the rooms were mostly clean but so much stuff of people who lives there longterm so felt a bit unclean. The staff were good, kitchen a but unclean but the bathrooms were nice and many

Die Mitarbeiter waren nett und hilfsbereit. Die Toiletten und die Küche wurden regelmäßig gereinigt, jedoch nur oberflächlich und es war an vielen Stellen noch nicht wirklich sauber. Unter meinem Bett war es leider sehr dreckig. Allgemein war die Einrichtung schon sehr heruntergekommen und Einiges müsste vielleicht mal erneuert werden. Die Lage ist in Ordnung, es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Stadt ist zu Fuß 20 Minuten entfernt.

Stayed in a dorm for 2 nights. Like staying in a large friendly sharehouse. Pros: bedside light, power, & shade curtain at bed; tea & coffee amenities; kitchen space; outdoor space; spots in social area sit & work; nice staff. Cons: card was charged day before - unsuccessfully because I was expecting to pay on arrival. Cleaned regularly but some things overlooked/not deep cleaned in a while. Good to know: need a passport if you're staying here! Dorms not locked, not all have lockers in room.

The hostel was easy to get around from and the free breakfast was great. The room itself was fine, had curtains on the bed and good lockers which was nice. No locking doors which was fine but a bit unexpected. There were 2 unisex bathrooms with showers and toilets in which were great but they had 15 minute limits on them which I didn’t love, and the girls bathroom showers were bizarre.

This is honestly one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The staff are incredibly friendly, patient, and always happy to help with recommendations or anything you need. You can really feel that they care about the guests and the place itself. Very nice hostel. Well located. Close to the city and everything that you might need while staying in Perth. Clean. Staff very welcoming and answering very fast. Help you out when it’s needed. Breakfast included so pretty nice. The only thing that I would say was a bit negative in a way would be too much AC.

Great cozy hostel, easy to access, bathroom were clean. A bit small for the amount of people there but it brings social interaction ;)
