Chachapoyas Backpackers Hotel

Stayed for three nights and there is nothing to complain about. Maybe the kitchen needs more equipment. Great staff, clean, modern and comfy beds.

Really nice rooftop terrace with small kitchen. Kitchen could have been cleaner, but bathroom and room were clean. Beds were comfortable and everything in walking distance. however the street is currently under repair so it is a bit hard to find. Staff was really nice and they organize tours. No drinking water, no towels. Felt more like a hotel.

Un desdes hostels les plus conformatables où je suis allée. Les lits et la douches chaudes dans la chambre sont parfaits ! Le personnel est adorable et la cuisine est bien équipée. Uniques points négatifs, l'hostel est un peu loin de la gare routière (20-25min à pied) et il n'y a pas de casiers sécurisés dans les dortoirs et une seule clé de chambre par dortoir (pour 4 personnes).

Amazing hostel! The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. The facilities were perfect and well maintained. The design is outstanding, beautiful and thoughtfully detailed. Special mention to the mattress: one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. Highly recommended!

I had such a good stay in Chachapoyas hostel. The owner was super helpful and recommending us all sorts of places. He knew all of the places we were going to and telling us some hidden gems about each one. The place is beautiful and the rooms were really nice.

Really charming little hostel. Loved the tamales at breakfast and staff really helpful for organising tours around the area. Rooms were cold at night but lots of blankets provided.

Hostel très beau, propre avec des lits super confortable. Il y a un joli rooftop avec une belle vue sur la ville. La cuisine est un peu petite et il n’y a pas vraiment de salon ou de salle commune pour faire des rencontres mais ça reste un très bon endroit où séjourner à Chachapoyas !

Great hostel/hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. When our flight was cancelled and we needed to book another night last minute they only had a larger room but charged us the same rate as the smaller room we'd had before. Very clean. Nice shower. Good kitchen facilities.

Clean and spacious stay in the hostel! The owner is remarkably communicative and super helpful, as is the staff. The showers are nice and hot and the beds are comfy. Ask there’s a great view on the roof. Would recommend!

Very clean and nice hotel. Kitchen was basic but enough to cook. I enjoyed the stay. The shower is very good and hot and they clean the room daily.

This hostel was the nicest i have ever stayed in, so much green space, the roof is great for yoga & sunbathing, the staff are friendly and helpful, there is a kitchen on the roof, the beds are super comfy and the showers were amazing. They hosted us for new year and we felt so included. I would love to stay again !

100% recommended! Very clean Hostel, comfortable beds, the bathroom looks new, is clean, big and has a hot shower! There is a rooftop with a nice view, a hang-out area and a kitchen, where you can prepare your own food. Tab-Water is drinkable. But the very best is the staff there, especially the owner Donna is amazing. I’ve been sick there and needed to stay in bed for a couple of days. She was caring for me like a mother, even brought me soup. I am so thankful and will never forget her kindne...

Great hostel with very nice staff

It’s difficult to overstate how god this hostel is. The staff are kind, the rooms are clean, the building is beautiful, and there’s hot water in the showers. It’s literally everything one needs at a place like this. Best hostel in Peru

The best hostel in Peru so far! Excellent service, very clean, good atmosphere, nice rooftop. The best bed and shower I had in a hostel. And you meet a lot of other travellers and can book tours through the hostel. They also give good advice if you want to do something on your own. Just great!

Een super fijne plek! We kwamen door de nachtbus vroeg aan, maar mochten direct in onze kamer. De kamer was echt geweldig: super schoon, een fijne douche en hele lekkere bedden. Het personeel is super lief en behulpzaam. Zeker een aanrader!
