There was a nice view over the canal My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Despite noticing the low score, I assumed it wouldn't be an issue since I was only there to sleep for work. I was wrong. Firstly, I found a bed bug crawling on me. When I reported it, the housekeeper merely suggested changing the bed sheet, and only after insisting did the reception reluctantly agree to change my room. To make matters worse, a security guard woke me up at 2 AM, demanding ID because they mistakenly thought a lady had entered my room. They hadn't checked the cameras properly; the lady had actually gone to the next room. I received no apology for the bed bug incident, even after showing the receptionist a video of the bug. Furthermore, when I complained about the 2 AM wake-up call in the morning, the security in charge was unaware of the issue, making me think that waking guests at this hour might be normal practice. Although the security manager later called me to apologize sincerely after an investigation, the overall experience was terrible and unsettling.

Absolute horrid experience RE: BED BUGS | NO REFUND | HORRIBLE STAFF I pre-booked 5 nights at this hotel on the 26th of October 2023. I found bed bugs infested on the bed, drawers and floor as soon as I entered the room at 9pm. At the hotel’s front desk sat two Arab men, that were unimaginatively rude and had the most disgraceful attitude. I believe one of them was called Carlos. They have not refunded my money, and are lying about a supposed conversation I’ve had with the hotel about agreeing to pay for the first night. They have been avoiding booking.com’s calls to the property regarding my case on purpose and have been absolutely horrible to me. I’ve filed a case against this hotel with Dubai Municipality and have reached out to Millennium Hotels as well regarding their unhygienic environment and horrid staff. I’ve never as a women or a resident of Dubai experience such a situation, attitude or behavior. Absolutely digusting.
