    the size of the room was massive, which was such a pleasant surprise. there was also a microwave in the room which allowed us to warm up our leftover food, which was nice. it was also less than a 10 minute walk from franprix which was really nice and convenient the room was freezing, despite us setting the temperature to 30 degrees. i asked reception for a heater and after ignoring me for hours, they told me they didn’t have one. not all staff even knew about the parking validation so it was really frustrating trying to explain to them everyday that we get a discount for parking. the cleaner threw away my friends exfoliating glove whilst tidying up our room for no apparent reason, which was really weird. i wouldn’t stay here again to be honest
