The room was extremely smelly! It was a suffocating smell. The room had no windows and the air conditioning didn't even work properly. You couldn't sleep at all in such an environment. The attitude of the staff was extremely negative and they even perfunctorily treated you.
I actually changed hostel after two nights cause I just couldn't sleep there. Beds are so shaky and loud they woke me up every time someone came in or out (I'm usually not a light sleeper). Electricity in the beds didn't work so I had to leave my stuff in the hallway. There is no common area to hang out in. Also most people in my dorm were (middle-)aged men so as a solo traveling woman that felt a bit weird at times. Central location is good but other hostels have that as well
Apart from the location, thus hostel was terrible. It is under construction so, I really dont understand why they are still open. Everything was dirty and noisy. The worst hostel I've stayed in so far.
We booked the hostel because it included breakfast, but when we came they didn’t have any breakfast. The bedding was dirty spots everywhere. People never locked the Doors after Them, so the does not feel safe, Security wise. The locker was broken, so our stuff could easily be stolen. They did not give our deposit back, because they forgot. The next door building held parties every Night and the people used the hostels bathrooms and they were drunk and peed everywhere.
This might be the worst hostel I have ever stayed, during my over 5 years traveling. My bed was horrible, it would move and wiggle when ANYONE in the dorm would change their side, or even cough, or walk in the room. So it was impossible to sleep or have a feeling of privacy. People in the hostel were super loud from very early morning till very late at night. It was “somewhat clean”. Room with no window. No common space. Staff were nice. I guess, it is okay to stay for only one night.
These people are criminals, went into my locker and stole my cash and then they write” not to l ave you valueables in your locker “ what are lockers for? They stole everything!!!
Había ratas y no me dieron la habitación de la Foto
Terrible place. I’ve been to more than 50 countries and this hostel is the worst. They say they have free breakfast but it’s just little tiny pancakes and there was 0 units when we were there. The lady was making then was taking 10 minutes to make 1 pancake that you would eat in one bite. It’s just an excuse to sell their coffee and other breakfast items. The place is dirty. Dirty beds.
Upon arrival staff were welcoming and lovely. They offered advice about the area and local trips. The private room was very spacious and comfortable. And the location was central and ideal. However the staff immediately warned us that we may find the restaurant below loud. While a bit concerning we assumed it would be a tolerable level of noise. The loud music continued until 2am when the restaurant (that is owned by the hostel) closed, and started again at 4am when staff arrived to set up the...
Worst hostel we ever stayed in! When we arrived everything seemed fine, but then we got our room. It started with the door being locked and we couldn’t get inside, the staff didn’t have a key so we waited 20 minutters for the cleaning lady to Open. After we Got inside, the room was full of mould on the walls and everything smelled. We asked to change rooms and got a better one. In the early morning a few workers got into our room and started renovating our bathroom, they talked loud and Smok...

A bloody awesome hostel. Super affordable/high quality rooms. Staff were extremely kind, helpful, and beautiful (big shoutout to Sa!! She made me right feel at home here in Saigon after landing in Asia for the first time as a solo traveler - thank you so much Sa!!! 🙏🙏🙏 Miss you. Great central location with tons to do (and eat) and a neat little breakfast each morning. 10/10 rubber duckies 🦆 Strongly recommend
Good hostel with comfy beds. Free breakfast is great too! Staff are super super kind. Bathrooms aren’t the best
Bonne auberge très bien placée dans Ho chi minh city, le personnel est très accueillant, les lits sont beaucoup mieux que ce que vous voyez sur les photos (pour ma part en tout cas) et le petit déjeuner est très bon
Property is in a good location and staff were nice but facilities aren’t great. ‘Social areas’ incredibly run down. Showers were absolutely shocking and all the bathrooms had a horrible smell. Not a sociable hostel at all. Overall OK for the price
We had an amazing time at Vy da hostel, we even extended one night. The staff were so friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were very clean and the location was central to all the main attractions.
the hostel was okey i spent there 1 night and it did the job. the beds were huge which was amazing! the breakfast is also nice
Really good location and has all the basic features you need
The property was well located, and a comfy enough bed for one night. However, my room was dark, damp, had mysterious stains on the walls and ceiling as well as a mystery cigarette smell. Staff were helpful, and I appreciate them trying their best however the property leaves a lot to be desired
prima hostel, rustig, centaal gelegen
The bed wasn't clean and the blanket has a bad smell when I arrived. However after I convey the problem to the staffs, the help to solve the problem promptly. Staffs are friendly and very helpful.
Solid hostel! Not social by any means but clean and comfortable; in a great location
Overall really good. The floors are not cleaned very often. The rooftop is not maintained so do not expect to spend time there
One of the best hostels I’ve stayed at in a long time. We left our bags here a few times while heading to Don Det and doing the Pakse Loop, and always felt completely safe. The staff are really kind and super helpful with booking buses and anything else you need. It’s a really relaxed place and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. Would definitely recommend.
The door of my room did not close, a lot of noise from the AC in the room
The staff here are literally the best and so accommodating the best hostel in Vietnam by far
Very clean, good communication
Decent hostel with a nice free breakfast but no hot water
Great location however we had to move rooms twice, once due to having dirty sheets and secondly because we found bedbugs! Staff helped us find another accommodation for that night and were very friendly though :)
Bed was unclean on arrival so the staff member switched my duvet with another vacant bed then I watched him fold the dirty one back up and put it on the other bed! Female receptionist in the morning was very rude, theres no atmosphere here at all and not a social hostel. The fans in the room are full of dust and people leave them on all night making loads of noise! The shower pressure is basically none existent aswell. Breakfast was actually good.
Die Lage ist sehr gut und Personal ist hilfsbereit
