Bad experience. The owner was polite, but his brother and the female cleaner were rude and angry for no reason. On my checkout day, I returned at 12 PM to collect my things and was told to wait while cleaning. Afterward, my bag was given to me. I later discovered my jacket, left on a chair in the room, was missing. I am sure it was there. The hostel denied responsibility and was unhelpful. I feel scammed and do not recommend this place.
The location of hostel was good. Everything else was horrible. Cleanliness, rude receptionist, door locks (4 out of 6 ) were non functioning. I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to experiment with this hostel.
bathroom on my floor was broken when checking in so had to use bathroom on different floor. front desk guy was rude who kept interrupt me when talking.
They close the hostel at 2am and leave. They force you to stay inside, if you are outside they force you to stay outside. The door is coded but it doesn't work. I told them I would be back late at night but they didn't help. Thankfully I waited until morning for the door to open. One of the guests went out to smoke and I was saved from freezing. Receptionist was very rude. I barely slept because my room was next to the reception and the reception area was so noisy. I left for an early morning flight, but my flight was cancelled so I went back to the hostel. I was told the bed I was in was still available and there was also an available bed upstairs. The location of the room is so bad that it is really difficult to explain, but let me try. The room is adjacent to the shared toilet and bathroom, has 2 windows overlooking the floor at the bottom of the reception and also the seating areas outside the building. All the voices of the man watching Tiktok on his phone at the reception, the noise of our young friend vomiting until the morning, and the people smoking and chatting in the garden were all in the room. Would give 0 if possible. Sheets smelled weird. Rude manager who came in to the room 15 minutes before the hostelworld listed check out time claiming I was late to check out. Rooms are right next to common area w thin walls so you hear all noise at nightWouldn’t let me grab my charger from my bag in the storage room or wait in the common area for my bus. Decían que solo tenían una norma ( en realidad tenían bastantes más) no podías entrar al hostal si habían pasado las 2 de la mañana. Una norma bastante extraña, ¡es como tener un toque de queda! Algo que no he visto en todos los años en los que he estado viajando y hospedándose en hostales.
They said they only had one rule (actually they had many more) you couldn't enter the hostel if it was past 2am. a rather strange rule, it's like having a curfew! something i haven't seen in all the years i've been traveling and staying in hostels.

Location was really good and facilities were also not bad. But the one reception guy was really weird. He was keep swearing and even lied to me. Anyway the other two were okay and actually one of them was polite and kind.
The place was very easy to find, had spacious dorms and a curtain for each bed, allowing some privacy. They also have laundry facilities and nice kitchen, that helps a lot! I only stayed one night, but it was a good night, it's close to all public transport places as well.
The receptionist was rude when I arrived! Therefore I had a quite bad first impression. There were black hair on my bedsheets. Room and bed was comfy, bathrooms were quite clean! It was mainly the vibe that I didn‘t like.

My Patagonia jacket was stolen; it was hanging in the wardrobe and I noticed it was gone. I also did not receive the room that was shown in the advertised photos. I wanted to extend my stay, but that wasn’t possible even though the place didn’t seem busy. On top of that, they seemed unhappy that I wanted to pay in cash.
It was a really nice place to stay, i was there for one night but if ever come back to Ankara I will stay again!

A quick one night stay. Comfortable beds with curtains for privacy. Very good location, plenty to do on waking distance and just a couple of minutes to the metro. Friendly staff, thanks for the ankara tips with doctors writing ;)
El lugar muy limpio, a la cocina le hace falta algunos pocos utensilios , la persona que atiende en la mañana muy serio y el de la tarde excelente muy atento a todo lo que se requiera, felicitaciones especiales para él.
The place is very clean, the kitchen lacks a few utensils, the person who attends in the morning is very serious and the one in the afternoon excellent very attentive to everything that is required, special congratulations to him.
I stayed two days in Deep Hostel. It has a great location, I only walked to Kizilay in 8 mins. The owner of the hostel is super funny and kind. The hostel was clean enough. The price is also not expensive. For me it was a good experience to talk to with other guests in hostel. The atmosphere was safe and enjoyable 👍
The hostel is located conveniently near the subway station. Each bed has its own curtain which adds privacy. Power outlets at every bed. There are a lot of restaurants around the hostel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there is only one shower for each floor.
One of the worst hostel experiences.. We booked two beds for two nights. We arrived early and left our luggages inside and were shown two clean beds. Mert Bey was very kind and helpful. But when we returned back to the hostel at night, there was a guy who told us that he changed our beds and that his close friends would take those clean beds. The others were untidy and not so clean. There was nothing to do but accept because the guy was aggresive. One of the worst hostel experiences in my life.
Lo único malo fué que la habitación privada que tenía no había aire aconficionado nisiquiera tenían un ventilador y hacía mucho calor. Pero el chico de recepción me abrió una de las habitaciones con aire acondicionado para poder refrescar la zona un poco. Deberían de tener aire acondicionadi todas las habitaciones.
The only downside was that the private room I had had no air conditioning and they didn't even have a fan and it was very hot. but the receptionist opened one of the air-conditioned rooms for me so I could cool the area a little. they should have air conditioning in all rooms.

Very good. not sure why it has mid rating but the hostel is clean and good. The receptionist at night was nice as well.
The bathroom was so smelly, the sheets were Not clean, the images were not accurate and the staff were not responsive.
