    I paid for 3 nights but had to leave after finding a number of live bed bugs in and around the bed. I flagged the issue to reception who agreed to move me to a different room (it was so late at night I couldn’t move to a different hostel) but they didn’t tell the other guests in my room until the next morning. I was promised a refund which I never received and when I followed up on the refund I was provided with ‘evidence’ it had been processed except it was to a card number that wasn’t mine 👎
