Not properly clean. Cockrroaches and bed bugs.. old mattresses and not clean at all. I had bad experience. So not recommend 😑

My friend and I recently stayed at Cambridge Lodge on 13th-14th April. Since returning home to Canberra, my friend had broke out in horrible bumps which she had assessed by a doctor, which they said had been caused by bed bug bites. I have attached a photo for your viewing. I am very upset at the distress my friend is currently going through due to the unhygeinic circumstances of the hotel. I hope this can be addressed and rectified.
