We stayed in two rooms, both looked great, it's just that the first one (8th floor) had bedbugs (the other room, on 9th floor was just brilliant, in every regard). On the other hand, bedbugs are a general problem of NYC, so it's always a matter of luck if hotel willl have them or not.

I would give it zero stars if possible. The manager is rude for one, and we found bed bugs in the bed. We did not want to take any chances in getting another room, we just wanted to leave to another hotel. They wouldn't even reimburse us for the nite! Terrible customer service and I do not recommend staying here. The rooms are also small and outdated. We are alo still waiting on the "security deposit" they throw at you when you check in. Will never go back!!

Avoid!! Bed bugs, ants, stains, torn curtains. Location is good but there are many other hotels in the area. Not worth getting bitten and living in a dirty room. Staff did the best they could under the circumstances but I think they are not getting any support from management.

Although this place has a bit of a bedbug problem, I wouldn't say it was the worst overall. The staff was patient, accommodating, and most importantly, honest. If you talk to them, they'll tell you whatever you need to know. I'm quite certain if you said anything about the bedbugs, it'd be nipped in the bud pretty quickly.
