I never leave a bad review but I came from a long flight and the guy at reception (don't know his name but he had hair loss) received me in the worst way I have ever been received. It really felt like he didn't want to accept me into the hostel. The faces he gave me and the frustration he took out on me even though I did absolutely nothing wrong was a very unpleasant experience.
Worse hostel you can stay. I was supposed to stay 3 nights but I just left because there was so much drama. And person lost money. There’s no lockers do a favor for yourself don’t put yourself in that situation. Choose another hostel. 🙏🏼
This was such a bad experience. I arived late at midnight and got welcomed really unfriendly. The guy at the reception wasnt helpful and even knocked at the door of the dorm in the middle of the night so that the person who was already sleeping woke up unnecesarily.. There was also only one electricity plug for a dorm with 4 beds. Not recommended.
La ubicación no lo ayuda pero podría ser más agradable si tuviera onda ! , El encargado venezolano no tiene onda , no es Chébere , le falta tener más onda , más swing ,poner un poco de música , hablar , explicar los atractivos de Guayaquil , recomendar lugares , todo eso hace una Estadía mejor !.
The location of the hostel is quite far out of town not very close to anything. Also we were not allowed to use the kitchen even if said on hostel world that we could. The room was fine however the bathroom had lots of ants in it. The staff were very welcoming though.
Vielleicht nicht optimale Lage, Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. War nur für eine Nacht da, aber keine richtige Stimmung. Frühstücksbüffet vielleicht minimal ausbaufähig. Ansonsten auf jeden Fall alles sauber

Personal was really nice and helpful. Was nice to chill out at the pool. Was quiet to sleep and close to the bus terminal and airport. And it’s really secured with a look out window :)
good spot for an evening - no atmosphere due to emergency situation in ecuador - was kind of hoping there would still be some folks there but not so. very nice staff ✌🏼
I think I might have just been there at a bad time, but the atmosphere was almost none existent. The hostel itself is solid and the pool area is cool. Location isn’t amazing, but there are things near by. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great place for a few nights. Staff is super nice and helpful. Comfortable beds. It’s a 7 minute drive from/to the airport. Super convenient. Also. Lots of great authentic restaurants nearby. However, it is a 15 min uber/taxi to the 2 main hotspots in the city (Malecon 2000 and Cerro Santa Ana). Not a big deal for me but just be aware of that. Great spot to chill before going to Galapagos. I’d stay here again if I had to.
not the best, not the wworst. checked in middle of night and the person worworkinf was very helpful. next day the other person wasnt as much. place is simple and not enough people to sociasocialize and neighborhood is sketchy. but if youre in town for a day or 2 it gets the job done.

Only stayed one night. Great Guest service. Slept very well! I would stay again.

Para pasar 1 noche como mucho si estás de pasada por la ciudad. El desayuno zafa.
To spend 1 night at most if you are passing through the city.
Une attention du personnel au top ! Sécurité, calme et gentillesse. L'hostel est situé à côté d'un gros centre commercial et dispose d'un service de bagagerie très pratique. Nous avons pris le service de laverie et ils nous ont rendu nos habits propres et secs en à peine 3h. Je recommande
A top attention from the staff ! security, calm and kindness. the hostel is located next to a large shopping mall and has a very convenient luggage service. we took the laundry service and they returned our clothes clean and dry in just 3h. i recommend
There is no atmosphere in this hostel and the location is not good. I had the dorm room to myself, there were 2 other people in the hostel. The breakfast room is nice, breakfast is pretty basic but good to have something before you get going.
Staff very helpful. Great room. Bed comfortable. AC worked fine. This is a good short term stay to jump off to the airport.
It was great. Very safe. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Definitely worth the money. Far from downtown but I think because Guayaquil is too expensive there.
Hostel was okay, clean There were no lockers and barely any other guests, felt quite anonymous. Would stay there if you need a place to sleep because you're staying for a night in Guayaquil, but not to have fun or meet people
The outdoor area is nice and security is super tight. The area is a little rough looking but i had no problems walking alone at night. The breakfast was meager at best, they were also missing the fruit option. They don't offer any free clean drinking water, most hostels I've been to do offer it. Also, the power went out 2x, for several hours. This can make it difficult to buy and store your own food when the fridge doesn't work for 6 hours.
Stayed here on a break between Baños and Montañita. The breakfast was basic but generally the place was good.
o Hostel é bom, porém a localidade é um pouco ruim, principalmente caso você queira sair a noite. De dia é bom, de noite é um pouco perigoso. Faltou os lockers, mas no geral é bom.
The hostel is good, but the location is a bit bad, especially if you want to go out at night. by day it is good, at night it is a bit dangerous. lacking lockers, but overall it is good.
Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu meckern, aaaber es wäre mega cool, wenn es eine Wasser-Auffüll-Station geben würde. Man kann jedoch aktuell (07/24) beim Hostel-Personal für kleines Geld Wasser kaufen und muss nicht extra nochmal in die Stadt/ in einen Laden, falls man nichts hat :)
Actually there is nothing to complain about, but it would be super cool if there was a Water-Refuelling Station. however, one can currently (07/24) buy water from the Hostel-Personal for small money and not have to extra spend in the Stadt/ in ein Laden, falls man nichts hat :)
I was nervous about this Hostel as news in Guayaquil was a bit scary, but this Hostel made me feel safe and secure the entire time. I even took the free walking tour and was the only guest. Downsides to this place are unfortunately I went when not too many guests were there so didn't really get to meet any other solo travelers and they offer an airport transfer but just get an Uber, it's half the price. Overall, felt safe and had a nice stay would recommend if you want some quiet time.
Very organized and streamlined. Automated check in with QR code. Staff was great. Atmosphere is tough to call since it’s low season on the coast. Overall great experience.
