Once Again Hostel

Honestly I loved this hostel. I did have a bed bug problem which they did move me immediately of course. It needs a bit more of a social vibe. But other than that I think it’s a great hostel

The rooms look well kept and very mmoderns and bathrooms are kept clean. However I did end up being bitten by bed bugs here.

1/ terrible welcoming at reception, the person was not happy to do his job, provided minimum information. There is a key deposit. A towel deposit. Did not offer help carrying the luggage upstairs… 2/ the AC in the room is on power mode and super cold. No control remote was at disposal to turn it down.. everyone started coughing at night. 3/ woke up to a horrific surprise in my bed: a big Bedbug I have never seen anything like it!!! I smashed it and checked out immediately.

I have been to multiple hostels and generally I don’t have much expectations either but this one was not up to the mark in many ways. 1. I had to change my bed in the middle of night because of bed bugs. that scared me so much that I have to reconsider my stay in any hostel ever again. 2. why don’t you have comfortable seating? there is not a single spot in this whole hostel where you can lounge in comfort. every seat is rock hard (like literally it’s made of concrete). please have some cushions and comfortable seating. it was something I couldn’t ignore because for every time I wanted to just relax after a long day I had to go to my dorm because that the only thing in this hostel which has a cushion (talking about my bed).

I was bitten by bed bugs, there is a lot of overcrowding in the rooms they are very small, there are no activities proposed by the hostel, the breakfast is very monotonous and basic, the only good thing would be the location and the staff is friendly.

Not ideal. Two words: bed bugs🤮 The bathrooms also reeked of feces and we’re not clean.

The rooms are great - well airconditioned, no bed bugs or mosquitoes, good thick curtains, comfy beds. The common area is not so great - it's open to the outside so that means it's not very cool and there are plenty of mosquitoes. Wifi here was solid though. If there weren't so many mosquitoes in the public lounge area, I'd give this place 5 stars easy. The location is also quite decent, near many sites of interest and really good pad thai restaurant!
