+ The hostel is on the quiet place, there is air conditioner in the rooms and it was cheap. Sitting and laying around pool in the evening was really nice, surronded by lights and nature. Volontiers were nice.
- Batroom doors on second floor were broken, it was not very clean, the owner was a bit negative all the time, and the pool was dirty. No locks for lockers, you have to bring your own.

:) Calm hostel, AC in the room, good kitchen and very nice staff! 15 min walk to playa hermosa beach and 15-20 min to Jaco by bus. :( only two bathroom (toilet+bath) for all rooms.. cockroaches, I saw both one in the kitchen and in my bed.. The amount of people change a lot, sometimes a lot of people and sometimes only 3..
Ruhige Lage, aber ein bisschen weit außerhalb! Pool war nicht sauber und die Bar zugemüllt. Küche und WCs mäßig sauber.

+ The place is perfectly located to explore Hermosa beach area. There is a little super market 2 minutes walk and the beach is 10 minutes walk where you can find plenty of nice spots for lunch and dinner. The owner is really kind, always willing to help and is very caring to make sure that you feel comfortable in his place. Highly recommend.

+ It is a very good and very calm place. Everything is clean, and the owner is very attentive. The place and the house are a bit far from the beach, but at the same time it is very safe and very quiet. And if you want rest, relaxation, and silence, this place is for you.

The building is very nice, spacious and scenic with the pool. Was a little bit far from everything for my liking, there's not much in calle hermosa except a minimarket and solo bueno café (wich is really nice). Don't book if you don't have a car. Would be good for people wanting peaceful and solitary stay. I wanted to meet other travelers and was alone in the hostel (it was during low season), so I changed hostel.
