Kama Central Park

I stayed one night in Room 301, Bed C, and woke up with bites on my neck, arm, and leg. When I inspected the bed, I found droppings and exoskeletons, clear signs of bed bugs. I took photos of everything. The staff told me only the manager, Yancy, could make decisions. When staff spoke to her, she was dismissive and refused a refund, saying bites don’t appear for three days. That is not true. Even after I explained that I had photo evidence of the mattress, nothing was done.

I got bitten by the bed bugs. No first aid kit available at the hostel. Cafe at the reception opens at 7am, so if you need something earlier than that you can look for a cafe nearby. I went to shower/bathroom at 10am and the cleaning lady said i cannot use it as she was cleaning, but during that time I was in a hurry for check out at 11am. So I ended up using other floor bathroom. Shower space is small, black curtain is smelly.

There was bed bugs in the bed I was staying in. I got in about 12AM and within the hour I had MULTIPLE bites all over my body and when I checked, there were TWO BIG bed bugs on the sheets. I immediately went downstairs and asked to be switched to another room (I would’ve left but it was 1AM and I really just needed a place to sleep because I was leaving in the morning) the lady upfront didnt seem fazed when I told her there were BED BUGS in the bed and said I could move to another bed in the SAME room. The room was 312 bed B. I have videos of the bed bugs too!
