Hotel is nice and looks very luxury.For the price is good.I loved the upper sundeck terrace.On the other hand,the lack of the maintenance is already visible.Alex (the manager)tries to be friendly and he tries his best to solve any problem.The 6 female dorm STILL has ONLY 4 lockers and it doesnt seem to be solved soon.Doors to the hallway and to the garden area in that dorm are always open,so I did not feel safe to leave my stuff just on the bed.Also the AC was right next to my bed on only 19°C,so Alex offered to switch the room to the mixed dorm with locker, which seems to be ok and I was satisfied.The only, but HUGE, problem were the strange bugs on the wall,curtains and in the bed,which came out before I went to sleep.When I started to feel the bites and killed 4 of them full of blood,I realised,that are a BED BUGS!!! And not just one or two..but many of them.My bed was next to the lockers,so probably they came from there.I have many pictures and videos of them and also more then 40 bites on my body! Alex immediatelly offered me(and the other girl next to me)a private room for that night.He also returned money for the next 2 nights(as my wish)and even gave me money for the laundry service,as I found the bed bugs in my bag (probably from the lockers) and I really did not want to spread the bugs to another hostel or bring them home,as this happend to me already and it costed me more than 1000euro to get rid of them.I know this can happens anywhere,but my feeling,that they knew about the bed bugs was confirmed and already mentioned month ago in another review on google maps,which was refused by Alex(even if there were a pictures of the bugs on the same curtains!)so this decided me to write this HONEST review,as he already knew about this big problem and he did not do the right thing..that means closed the room for at least one or two weeks and paid the PROFESSIONAL company to solve this problem. Hidden problem with the BED BUGS in the mixed dorm, which was not solved by the professional company and instead of that the manager just used machine with the hot air and keeping the mattresses on the sun, which did not help to solve this problem for a weeks. I had many visible bites from bed bugs, which I hided for the rest of my holiday and I was not able to enjoy all the activities I wished, like a sunbathing, masaages and spa..etc Location is not the best. A bit far from the centre. Back road and some constructions around. Dark at night. I did not feel safe to walk there as a solo woman. I switched to centraly located hostel, which was much better for me. Swimming pool was not clean. Water was green, which means low PH and not safe to swimm. For the price is good, but I can not recommend to stay there for a next month or two. If they solve the problem with the bed bugs and lack of the maintenance, it will be probably good to stay for that price. But I would not come back.

The hostel was promising but I found bedbugs in my bed my first night. I asked for a refund and left. Alex was really not helpful and refused to refund me despite the proofs.

A relatively decent modern looking hostel with some things to improve. The beds have curtains so overall privacy is ok. There are plastic fans above each bed and mine didn't work. I asked the staff to check, they agreed but never did. My bed was clean and overall ok but neighbors found bedbugs in one so the room had to be fumed and we had to get out for a while in the afternoon. Not a big dial but a nuance still. The biggest con for me are bathrooms. Not very private and loud af. Price is averag
