- החדר הכי קטן וצפוף שהייתי בו בחיים שלי

+ Clean. Good location. Quiet.

- People broke in. However, this happens everywhere I stay. It’s gets gross when they wreck the sheets or leave behind long hairs.

+ Location was alright, quite quiet with a short walk to all the nice restaurants and bars.

- Booked a family room as seen online, expected 2 double beds, fridge/freezer kettle etc. Was given what was like a prison room, 5 beds (for a group of 3) hard on concrete bases, nil amenities, leaking air conditioning unit, leaking shower room with terrible pressure. The whole accommodation smelt like sewerage. Didn’t feel clean there the whole time, staff unfriendly and did not care at all - AVOID we could not wait to check out and unfortunately tarnished our view of Koh Tao which was the last leg of our trip.

- 객실 청소를 안함. 2분만에 나갔다고. ㅎㅎ 누가 들어오고 나가는지 모름 들어가자마자 침대에 누가 쓰고 있고 리셉션 갔더니 아무거나 쓰라고 함. 다른 유러피안도 같은 상황. 심지어 체크아웃한 경우에도 침대포가 그대로임 당황 화장실 물 안 내려가고 역류함. 냄새 찌릉내 진동 쓰레기통 그대로.

+ Nothing. The worst hotel ever

- Don't go there. 1.Almost all private rooms are facing the wall, so there is no fresh air in the room. Mold is everywhere. Walls, furniture, air cons smell moldy. 3.There are Constractions nearby. Noise starts every day at 6.30-7am till 5pm. No rest. 4.Staff is rude and unfriendly. If u complain about mold and so on they recommend to move to another hotel which costs 2000 thb per night. They say that for this hotel price 950 thb per night u mustn't ask for any comfort. There are few hotels with the same price but much more comfortable.. But.. The problem is that u must book it in advance. It's impossible to change the hotel for the next 5-6 days, coze everything is fully booked.

- Blood stains on pillows but they don't care and shout at you.

- Staff is unfriendly and the toilet is broken. They don't fix anything.

- No responce.

+ Cheap price and location

- 2 large cockroaches in the room, unable to sleep or use bathroom as a result. Overwhelming smell of sewage in the room from the moment we arrived. Bathroom sink tap dribbled, no proper water flow. Worst room we have stayed in over 3 weeks in Thailand and have stayed in other budget accommodation. Thick layer of dirt on headboard but bedding appeared clean. Left early morning without showering or using toilet. No hooks to hang any belongings to dry. Staff unfriendly.

+ The location is good, close to many nice restaurants or cafes. The option to rent a scooter from the hotel is a plus.

- The smell from the bathroom was a lot. Also, no proper place to dry the clothes - it’d be good to have a drying rack outside the room.

+ De ligging is perfect, aan de overkant heb je een leuk restaurantje waar je goed kunt ontbijten. De badkamer was heel simpel maar prima. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

- De ramen zijn erg dun waardoor we 1 avond veel last hadden van het geluid op straat.

+ The location is good. Close to the beach but away from the nightlife noises. So you do get a good night sleep.

+ The location! Right next to the main street, 5 minutes from the beach, close to all the party hostels where you can join events and parties yet far enough that you can get a really good night of sleep when needed.

+ Large rooms with nice balcony and good aircon. Unfortunately our scooter was hit whilst parked outside, the staff however made sure the culprits stayed whilst they helped us to resolve the issue which was very much appreciated

+ i booked this place because it was close to the beach and my diving school but not too close to be super loud. it was just outside the busy area so relatively calm, restaurants, bars and beach are reached quickly on foot so no need for a scooter (which they also rent). opposite of a restaurant and a 24/7 shop which was great because it was not clogged with people like the 7/11 down the street later in a day. breakfast was good but probably not for everyone. i extended one night without breakfest and it was no problem to shift my breakfest from my previous booking to the next day cuz i had to get up early for diving lessons. walking home from jungle party is also faster than google maps says lol and i had nice roomies, no bunk beds at all is also a nice idea but they could free a little more space in the rooms. all in all i had a good time there :)

- its a business, i didnt feel the dedication of the owner that he likes what he does. but my questions and demands still got answered and submitted to. before i extended, i asked if i can keep the same bed and the answer was yes. but when i came back from diving my stuff got moved to another room (nicely and with respect i have to add, its just the usual thai communication issues aseverywhere haha). and my new room didnt have this nice plateau at the bed so i had to put all my stuff into my bed. bathroom sink could have been cleaned a bit more often and having the shower just above the toilet is a bit inconvenient if you share it with others.
