Fox Hostel

La señora que atiende es muy muy tosca , grita y atiende molesta, no hay ascensor y queda en un 4 piso así que debes subir tus maletas sola, ni existe lugar donde guardar las cosas como lookers , pero sobretodo la atención es lo que más desanima a volver a tomarlo

Nice hostel on the top floor of a historical building, entry by chip and codes. The hostel was close to the city center and had stores nearby. The room I booked, even tough it has multiple beds, I was alone (because I booked it like that). Bathroom was fine, well equipped. Towels weren't included. The common area and the kitchen were nicely arranged and clean. The lady from the reception didn't speak English very well. All in all, good hostel, I'd book it again.

Pobyt w Fox Hostel był bardzo w porządku. Pokój czysty, wszystko jak trzeba. Najbardziej zapadła mi w pamięć obsługa — dziewczyna na recepcji była naprawdę miła i pomocna, bez żadnego problemu wszystko wyjaśniła. Ogólnie fajna atmosfera, można spokojnie polecić.

Great location, lockers with key for everyone, extension cords provide electricity at each bed. In a converted apartment, so only two bathrooms/toilets for everyone, and the kitchen is basic. Not quite warm enough on two cold nights. None of the two ladies I met knew any English or German or French. THE BIG PROBLEM: on the website it says that they only accept cash, so I went to the bank before going there, but then they required me to pay by card, so I made a (not very big) loss.

It’s a nice and clean place. The manager is an old lady from Ukraine — kind of like a grandmother. She doesn’t like arguing or long conversations. You’d better just listen to what she says. … don’t think about it you are guest …how to say it’s good place …

The best hostel in Krakow, glad that I chose

Good place to stay right by city center. Only thing is lady working does not speak English, and place is very quiet.
