+ Nothing 😅

- There was not hot water in the bathrooms/showers. Rooms were cold. The door rooms are 2 cm high from the ground so everyone can hear you and you can hear everything happening everywhere in the building. They make you sign a regulation at the checking that NOONE RESPECT. People gather, use the common area and kitchen up to midnight and you can hear EVERYTHING. it's crazy that they say guests are not allowed to do any noise after 10:00 but then they leave open the showers with air dryer, the freaking kitchen and the common area.. Horrible experience.

+ Miła obsługa. Dobra lokalizacja.

- Pokój wyglądał jak cela więzienna, jakość całkowicie nie adekwatna do ceny. Za 230zl dostałem pokój, metalowe skrzypiące łóżko i stolik. Pokój bez ogrzewania, bez telewizora. Skrzypiące stara podłoga, skrzypiące drzwi które budziły mi dziecko. W toalecie było czuć grzybem lub stęchlizną.

+ ロケーションが良いのと価格は安価なのは非常に良かったです。また、部屋ごとになるのですが女性専用のドミトリーはベット間のスペースが十分にあり、ヘアメイク用の鏡台もあり、仕切りのカーテンもリボンで部屋全体が明るかったです。 部屋もシャワーにも、フックがあったり、各ベッドのカーテンレールも端まで設置してあったりと細かなところまで設備がきちんとしているのは有り難かったです。 共同キッチンは人が集まり賑やかで騒がしい時もあるのですが、22時には静かにするように扉を閉めていました。

- 滞在3日目の夜にブレーカーが落ちて停電になりました。停電の時間は5〜10分ほどだったのですが、ちょうどシャワーを浴びていたので水しか出なくなってしまいました。その前から3つあるシャワーのうち、1つはほぼ水しか出なかったので怪しいなと思ったのですが‥。真冬の−5度のクラクフで水シャワーはかなり厳しいものがありました。 古い建物だと思いますので仕方がないのですが、バスルームと一体型の洗面台は暖かいお湯が出ました。どのような構造なのでしょうか‥。 洗面台のお湯で髪や体に付いた洗いかけのシャンプーやボディソープを洗ったら、洗面台周りが水浸しになってしまいました。 そのため、バスルーム前の廊下に置いてあったモップで拭き取らせてもらおうと使っていたら、宿の人（女性）が来ていきなり怒り出しました。水浸しにした上に勝手に使ったのは申し訳ないのですが、それ以外のことも大きな声で怒り始めて恐怖を感じました。 例えば、ドライヤーのコンセントのことやおそらく私だけではなく宿泊者のバストイレの使い方についてなどです。 彼女は私がシャワーを浴びる前から様子を伺っていて監視をしていたので、翌日もバストイレや共同キッチン（使用していませんが）で鉢合わせして怒られるのではないかとビクビクしていました。 彼女は宿の清掃を担当していて、みんながまだ寝ている午前8時前から部屋やキッチンに掃除機をかけます。 そのあとに共同キッチンで朝食を取っていました。 こだわりのルールが強い方ですので、個別ベッド以外では快適には過ごせませんでした。

- Nyckelkortet slutade fungera på kvällen. Ingen personal fanns på plats och ingen svarade i telefon. Så jag kom inte in till rummet.

- The room was very cold on arrival. Dirty and smelly. I booked this room for two nights but the next morning I left the room. I booked a room in the nearby hotel.

+ Emplacement intéressant

- Rien dans les chambres aucun mobilier. La salle de bain est moisie. Le personnel est horrible.

- Brak ubranej pościeli brak kaloryfera w pokoju w którym było bardzo zimno

- Na miejscu zastaliśmy nieprzyjemny odór, a w pokoju znajdował się alkohol pomimo jednoznacznego zakazu wnoszenia go. W pokoju obecna była substancja przypominająca ludzkie wymioty.

+ Location

- The hostel has three types of keys to access the place including a card a code and the keypad which did not work and nobody answered the number placed on the ddor!!!

+ The hostel was very clean, and I was lucky to have such friendly and easygoing roommates.

+ Alles in orde! Comfortabel en proper!

+ Очень милый персонал как и сами комнаты, очень аккуратные. Местоположение тоже хорошее.

- Вода в душевой была ледяной, я не поняла почему хотя до этого люди купались нормально, там всего три душевых, и все три подавали холодную воду из-за чего мне и другим жителям пришлось срочно покинуть душевую.

- În cameră era un miros insuportabil de haine nespălate. Dulap de depozitat lucrurile din cameră au zis ca nu au cheia, mi-au oferit cu un etaj mai jos, ceea ce nu a fost comod, nu ai nici o intimitate, paturile nu au perdele, nu ai lumina personala, e ca o cameră de spital.

+ Локацията е добра, любезен персонал.

- Леглото беше с много тънък матрак и се наложи цяла нощ да се намествам спрямо пръчките на рамката. Банята беше 1 кв.м. .

+ Top la ubicación, la cocina, check out a las 11:00 y que te dejen dejar el equipaje el dia del check out, además te dan una taquilla personal para dejar tus cosas en la habitación.

- Al ser muchas personas en la habitación se acomula mal olor, poca ventilación y ruido en horario nocturno.

+ The vibe was friendly, I met awesome people, and the staff were super welcoming. Would happily come back

+ The kitchen had the cooktop, oven and fridge which we utilized. Common area was also comfortable. We cooked out breakfast there.

- Number of Washrooms are very less, those were always occupation. 2 out of 3 days, I didn't get hot water for bath. The roommates in my room used to come at 2/4 am and there was a lot of disturbance. Some people used to wake up early, we couldn't sleep due to that. If you love your sleep, you can choose a room with single bed.

- На мою думку шумні електричні замки для входу в кімнату, відсутність посудомийної машини.

+ The female room was clean. I wish they had not synthetic fabric of sheets. I was sweating all night but for the price it’s okay.

- I wish the woman who was cleaning the hostel was a bit nicer or friendlier? Nobody is smiling there, feels like u are not welcomed. Thankfully, I had very good roommates, they made my stay feel better.
