+ Die Aussicht vom Balkon
- Als wir ankamen, hat uns ein zunächst netter Mitarbeiter eingecheckt. Leider hat er dabei einen Fehler gemacht und den Betrag mit EURO belastet, anstatt mit Pesos, was zu einem Aufpreis von 30 EUR führte. Wir baten ihn, dass zu korrigieren oder hierfür eine andere Lösung zu finden, da es sein Fehler war. Er streitete jedoch alles ab. Das Kartengerät fragt bei der besagten Kreditkarte IMMER, in welcher Währung gezahlt werden soll und als wir das Frühstück separat bezahlten, fragte das Gerät auch wie üblich, in welcher Währung gezahlt werden soll. Hierfür wurde trotz diverser Gespräche über mehrere Tage keine Lösung gefunden, das Geld war weg und man hat uns die Schuld gegeben (obwohl wir das Kartengerät nicht bedient haben). Absolute Frechheit. Das Bad war komplett verschimmelt, man konnte die „Fensterluke“ nicht öffnen, weil alles voll Schimmel war. Am Waschbecken war ein Rohr undicht, sodass immer eine Pfütze im Bad und im Flur war. Jeden Tag war bis 23 Uhr so laut Musik, dass man kein Auge zutun konnte. Schrecklicher Service, schreckliches Zimmer!

- Les équipements : Literie de faible qualité (matelas trop minces et trop petits, oreiller trop fin) Linge de lit de faible qualité Structures de lits instables Pas d'espace pour les affaires au niveau des lits Les chambres du rez de chaussée sont insalubres , trop humides avec beaucoup de moisissure Hauteurs sous plafond trop petites surtout les chambres du rez de chaussée, les lits supérieurs manquent d espace Espaces communs assez restreints et peu confortables Insonorisation insuffisante Pollution auditive et visuelle lorsque l on est dans son dortoir D autres Viajeros sont de bien meilleures qualité, grosse déception pour ce viajero à salento, il a d autres logements bien moins chers et plus qualitatifs

- Sono entrati in camera per pulire e rifare i letti, e per rubarmi i soldi dal portafoglio. Non ho ricevuto nessun aiuto dai receptionist, come se fosse tutto nella norma. Spero solo li spendano tutti in farmacia.

+ Nothing at all. This is SCAM Hostel. Please avoid at all cost. They charged me for 2 nights WHEN I STAYED 1. This is SCAM. Is not ACCEPTABLE THEY CHARGED MY CARD WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AFTER I LEFT even after check out and telling them I'm leaving. BE CAREFUL EVERYONE. Coffee tree hostel is 10/10.. they have free coffee, tea cookies, and better, bigger rooms and cleaner n not cheats like Viajero.
- Dirty small dorm rooms , bathroom not clean, dustbin full of shit paper from 8 people sitting, smelling bad, so I left. You will breathe 8/6 people breath, no space to keep stuff on the floor. Disgusting hostel, plus they scammed me and charged my card for 2 night after I left without my knowledge. There was no booking for 2 nights. Their staff is shit. ScAm hostel pls avoid. Worst Colombian experience here. Coffee tree hostel nearby is so much better.

- Dorms are disgusting Bathrooms in the dorms are disgusting. Not even remotely worth staying at because of this. Kitchen looked gross also. Don’t let the nice view and nice outdoor area fool you.
+ הנוף מאוד יפה
- אנשי צוות לא עוזרים, ישנו בחדר זוגי שילמנו מחיר יקר מאוד בהתאם לחדר שקיבלנו, דלת השירותים מפורקת לגמרי ריח של עובש, בנוסף לעל זה ישנו ממש על הכביש לא ישנו במשך שלושה לילות מהרעש ( שומעים כל דבר) מבנה החדרים ישן ולא מטופח בכלל. שפנינו למלון לנסות להזיז לחדר אחר אמרו שזה יהיה רק בתוספת תשלום ( כפול במחיר לכל לילה) בשביל לקבל חדר בצד ה״שקט״ פשוט תרמית ובושה . לא אמליץ לאף אחד לחזור, לא שווה את המחיר ובטח שלא שווה את זה שאי אפשר לישון בחדרים האלו. המטבח המשותף היה לא נקי בכלל. בקיצור לא אמליץ

- After having a great time in Viajero Medellín we decided to book three nights in Salento and that was huge mistake. The private room we’ve got was next to the kitchen and dining/common area. The walls were so thin that we felt like people were with us in the same room from early morning 6am till late night. Room was filthy, dirty shower full of hair, dead bugs on the floor, stains on the bedsheet, very cold and without any window. French toast for breakfast was served with a bug and hair. We only stayed one night. We didn’t get any refund for the two other nights.
- לא מומלץ!!!!!!!!!!!!! מממש לא כמו בתמונות, חדרים קטנים ומוזנחים, מקלחת עם מים קרים. הריצפה ממש מגעילה, לא היה מים לשתייה והמטבח היה מגעיל. הזמנתי 2 לילות בבוקינג וחייבו אותי רק על לילה אחד, ואז אמרו שאין מקום לעוד לילה (טענו שאין פיתרון) לא התנצלו אפילו והתעלמו ממני כשדיברתי. יחס מאוד מזלזל! אז נאלצנו לעבור ולחפש מלון (למזלנו) ומצאנו מלון מושלם! אותו נוף בדיוק צוות הרבה יותר אדיב וחדר זול יותר עם מרפסת לנוף וגקוזי.

Viajero has great views and is a great hostel in terms of distance to the city and facilities. What really makes it stand out are the staff. Maya is the bubbliest, positive vibes legend with the brightest smile in Colombia! Oscar is also a legend who has helped so much! Being remembered by all the staff really makes you feel at home. Awesome hostel. Will be back!

Such a great hostel, very clean and spacious, and it the most stunning surroundings. Very clean as well! There is a common kitchen, and the option to buy great food options as well as tour. The staff is the sweetest, especially Maya, she really made us feel welcomed and remembered all of the guests name - really made a different

Such a good hostel, very well taken care of. The views are incredible. Lots of good places to hangout and socialize. Maya was so friendly and willing to help out with anything as well as Jessie and the rest of the staff. Maya upgraded me to a private suite for basically nothing. I really enjoyed my stay!
This is the best Viajero I've been to. It's a lovely hostel with incredible views of the surrounding nature of Salento. It's also easy to get to from the town. In particular Maya from reception is absolutely lovely and can't do enough to help you.
Staff were very friendly and helpful - particularly Jessi who helped with everything. Laundry service was good. Location was good but it was a bit loud on a morning - with cars beeping and people shouting outside the windows from 6am and social events would run late - such as karaoke.
Jessi was wonderful and gave us usefull advice !!
The nicest Viajero I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are so friendly and remember names and thanks to their positive energy there is a very nice relaxed social atmosphere! I highly recommend :)

i loved my stay there, beautiful outside area!! the staff especially jessy and maya were soo friendly and super helpful - thank you so much!! only issue is the kitchen: the supplies are pretty bad, nearly all pan are broken and a lot of stuff to actually cook is missing
